A special thank you to my family for travelling with me, standing beside me and sharing such an unforgettable moment. Having you there meant everything.

Of course, I would have loved to bring the award home, but I left with pride, perspective, new connections and an even stronger sense of purpose.

Being surrounded by so many incredible people creating real change was truly inspiring. 👏🏾🏆

Day 5 of Re-Turn of Light Egypt Retreat and all my expectations have been met. To be honest I had no expectations beforehand, I just knew that I would come back lighter.

This journey lovingly curated by @amentitheawakener has created the space for me to receive love, not just give love. I have tenderly held whilst releasing tears that I could not stop. Tears that longed for safety, space and sisterhood to flow freely. It's been a retreat full of magical Divine Feminine Goddess Energy, laughter, love , bliss and joy 💛✨💫 taken in Luxor, Egypt by @cherry_starz

Had an amazing time at the Women's Euro's in Switzerland, watching the Lionesses lift the trophy which included an exciting 120 minutes of football and a nail-biting penalty shootout. Grateful to @justeattakeaway for the opportunity and to @rsecretwilliams for being my plus one and sharing the experience with me. taken in Basel, Switzerland by @cherry_starz
