POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

From 85,000 nominees, I was shortlisted for a @ndawards. That alone is a win I’ll never overlook. 🙏🏾✨

Thank you to the person who nominated me and to everyone who voted, encouraged me and believed in the work I do through @cancerblackcare.

Your support carried me all the way to that room. ❤️

A special thank you to my family for travelling with me, standing beside me and sharing such an unforgettable moment. Having you there meant everything.

Of course, I would have loved to bring the award home, but I left with pride, perspective, new connections and an even stronger sense of purpose.

A huge congratulations to all the winners and everyone shortlisted.

Being surrounded by so many incredible people creating real change was truly inspiring. 👏🏾🏆

No award this time, but my journey has never been about trophies. It’s about making a difference, and the work continues.

Onwards and upwards! 🙌🏾🚀

L❤️VE is… Dearest Tracey 👸🏽👼🏽🪽🙏🏽❤️ I didn’t know you that well at all, we met on Amenti’s @amentitheawakener Amazing Black Womens Retreat - THE BEST, a long weekend (March 2024) of deep sisterhood connection, where soulful healing work was done, we shared hurt, pain, joy, ate & danced, oh how we laughed, hugged & connected at one with nature, each other & most importantly ourselves 🧘🏽‍♀️ “The most memorable and beautiful weekend 💛✨You really had to be there 🙌🏾❤️❤️❤️❤️” @tc.rocket I guess in life sometimes you’re lucky enough to meet someone with a big smile, sparkles in their eyes, deep knowledge wisdom & they feel familiar, safe & friendly, like home. Thank you for being a real one - genuinely you Tracey, it’s an unexpected shock you’ve gone too soon. Until we dance together again, you will always hold special, grounding place in my heart. I know you’re resting in eternal power, always & forever authentically you - truly inspiring. Death is like child birth, you forget the pain until it happens again. Grief PTSD memories of all souls passed, flood back. The memories, the meaning, the loss, the hurt, the pain, drains. Grief comes in waves. A stark reminder that every moment of Life is so precious. Your own mortality confronted. What do you want from this life? Your time is limited & precious. Love harder, live your life with deeper meaning, more purpose. The black women’s retreat, what a beautiful blessing, a soulful spiritual treat, we shared so deeply, formed an instant ancient tribal sisterhood bond - like nothing I’ve done or felt before, so familiar so natural, it felt like home, in past lives, like I’ve done this before it feels so natural, where I’m meant to be, free to be me, authentic no performance no ego just be. Healing together in ancient human sisterhood, rituals within nature. Women together as one. No barriers no pretence, pure love respect and hearing each other deeply, sharing to collectively to heal. Strengthening in sisterhood. All the suffocating secrets safe in that circle, released to give new beautiful life. Community is where I want to be, with the village…

@blacktechfest was the vibe that we all needed! 🖤
Walking in and seeing a sea of Black faces, founders, creatives, tech minds, dreamers, all in one space, felt powerful. It’s not something we get to experience often and it meant a lot.
I left feeling inspired, grounded and proud. The conversations, the panels, the energy, all of it reminded me that belonging on a human level isn’t a nice to have, it’s everything.
Outfit details because the fit was 🔥 👀
Everything secondhand from @swapnationuk, except the skirt by Jamaican designer @taniquecoburn 🇯🇲
