a peek into the RAW room, our monthly uncensored storytelling night.

where everyday people share the sh*t that happened, that they overcame, that they’re still grappling with.

spoiler alert: you have more in common with people you thought you had nothing in common with.

human is: @cheyspeare — hot mama, storyteller, poet, writer, free spirit.

RAW theme: pleasure & pain
may 2025

if you have a story you’d like to share, submit it through the link in our bio.

if you’d like to feel the human connection — for real tho — be in the room.

Previously @thepoetbehindthemic 🎤
was an enjoyable experience, and on the open mic @cheyspeare delivered a delightful eloquent thought provoking poem. With a little dance at the end 💃🏽🔥💫
We are here to amplify the voices of individuals who desire to be heard, because every voice is valid and relevant. And if you’re willing to truly listen, there is so much to learn.
This space is for the unheard, the brave, and
the real.
Every voice matters. Every story is valid.”

The last opportunity to share this year will be 21:11:2026 hope to see you there by @cheyspeare

🐝 INTRODUCING OUR NEXT PERFORMER WEDS 27th MAY🐝

@cheyspeare is a poet, performer and creative mamma based in the West sides of London. She loves to laugh at herself and take life as lightly as possible, whilst simultaneously creating art through any negative experiences & emotions that may arise. Her poetry touches on an array of themes that encompass the human experience - a great number on infatuation, limerence, love and the beauty found in every day life.

Last year she headlined at @livenlitty , was part of the storyteller cohort at @rawnightsldn and performed at My Turn, an event run & created by @realredwoman

We CANT WAIT 🥰 to have her share her work with us on WEDS 27th MAY, 8pm @ The Good Oak, W2
