A Night With Empress London ✨

I am truly still buzzing from Saturday, my first experience on stage after years.

For so long I have listened to people saying that I couldn't be a dancer, that I wasn't good enough that I almost decided to forget about my dreams.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to @amberraeb , Tyra, @empressldnofficial for seeing the spark in every single one of us and allowing us to shine on stage. I am grateful every day to have met you and to get to learn from you.

A special thanks also to the girls that shared these incredible 8 weeks with me, it wouldn't have been the same without any of you there ♥️

The last 3 months were an incredible rollercoaster and if it wasn't for you, I would probably still be stuck, dreaming about all the cool things that I want to do in life but that I am too scared to take action on.

So today I just want to say thank you, my best friend, for pushing me over my fears, for believing in me more than I ever could and allowing me to share life with you every single day.

Now please come back soon @s_a_bo because I have nobody to pester 24/7 ♥️

One is learning the fundamentals, the other is pushing for peak performance. 🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♀️

Weightlifting requires a different approach for every level. Whether it’s building a solid technical foundation or fine-tuning the details for maximum power, the focus remains the same: consistency and precision.

Different goals, same discipline."

The results of a Sunday afternoon spent in the studio with @itsweronikawiktoria
I generally really struggle to dance solo as it makes me extremely uncomfortable but you created the perfect environment for us to push and have trust in ourselves. I am always grateful for your guidance 🩷
And I couldn't have done this without my awesome dance buddies @yararatusniek and @valeriia_holovakha , you are just the best 👯‍♀️
