Fallouween Day 13: Vault

Entrance to Vault 101 ⚙️ I remember when I played Fallout 3 for the first time (it was my first fallout game), when I left the vault, I felt bad for the people that perished trying to get inside when the bombs fell. Sketched in charcoal and white pastel. This one was a little hard for me bc I’m not very skilled with technical stuff! But I tried my best 😤

Fallouween Day 12: Ghoul

“You have no idea whose shadow you stomp.” I’ve been dying to draw Fallout 1 & 2 characters for years now. I needed an excuse to draw them! This is Set from Fallout 1, the leader of Necropolis! It’s actually why I made day 12 ‘ghoul’ too, because of Vault 12’s affiliation. I tried to do him leaning in all intimidating, but I think I made the eye look less death-stare looking so, he doesn’t look as intimidating, unfortunately! Lol. The pencil sketch looks better to me expression wise. I’m glad I got to draw him— might go back and give him a bit more lineart so he stands out more.

Fallouween Day 11: Bog 🦀🐟

I wanted to do a Fallout 4 mirelurk since I made this prompt back in August! Happy it came out like I wanted it to. I loved getting lost in detail with this one!

Fallouween Day 10: Machine ⚙️

Catching up!! 🔥 Protectron from Fallout 3 for Machine. I might go back and grayscale color this with copics… or should I watercolor? What do you guys think? I’m kind of enjoying the messy sketch underneath, but maybe it’s a little plain.
I find protectrons super cute! This guy is specifically a metro protectron.

Fallouween Day 9: Glow ✨

Glowing one ghoul! 💚✨ I tried to draw a combination of the current designs from Fallout 76 and Fallout 4 with the older designs from New Vegas and Fallout 3. I really love both designs and always imagine them all looking different like in concept art. I tried to experiment with a lot of copics and colored pencils for this one— I’d love to get better at copics, but they’re a little difficult to understand. I also have been having a hard time thinking of a background 🤔 So I will probably revisit this piece and maybe add some little cave wall details, but otherwise, I think I’m done with it. What do you think? Add details or leave the lines? I wanted to use a smaller micron for better detail, but my arms are a little fried from that cryptid piece 😅

Fallouween Day 8: Companion 🐕

Belated day 8! I unfortunately totally messed this one up while painting (but I’ll probably be able to salvage it someday). Thankfully, I took pics of my sketches prior to painting!! Dogmeat from Fallout 4 for companion! 💕🐕 I have a hard time trusting the process for paintings, and I did and it came out great…until I ruined Dogmeat’s face 🙈 lol it happens!

Fallouween Day 7: Cryptid 👹

Blue Devil cryptid design from Fallout 76! Coming in late for Day 7 because I got mega lost in this piece. I’m going to finish it at a later date and give it a nice crosshatching background with some woodsy trees and a bit more detail on some fur patches. The patience was worth it— 11x14 with mostly a 005 micron bc I’m wild like that. Props to who designed this creature design, he sure is spooky. 🐺

Fallouween Day 6: Festivity

Andy ruins your cake on your 10th birthday in Fallout 3. 🥳🎂 I was so torn between Reclamation Day in 76 or this birthday party— went with the cake! Watercolor, gouache, and colored pencil. Technically no lineart from me which is a major rarity lol, I fought with myself to not ink this after coloring 😆

Fallouween Day 5: Chems! 💊

I decided to do a still life in charcoal of my Buffout prop I made a few years ago! I honestly procrastinated a ton on this one because… I love drawing still life, but I really mostly feel so eager to draw scenes and creatures more later down the prompt list! ✨ Gotta be patient lol 😤 Buffout is really the only Chem I use in Fallout, next to Mentats, but I rarely use them and mostly collect them to sell off to vendors.

Fallouween Day 4: Science 🚀

I was going to draw a boring beaker, but I decided to do a loose sketch with graphite instead. Come Fly with Me quest! I love this quest, despite hating repeating it whenever I restart the game, as I’m a chronic restarter lol. Did you guys make the rockets crash or? 👀 lol Also Harland is one of my favorite side NPC ghouls; he just has a cool vibe to him ✨

Fallouween Day 3: Raider 🔥

I had a ton of fun getting to do a doodle page again! I haven’t done one in a good while. I’m very happy with this one, especially being able to draw people! Drawn with microns and pencil. 🔪⛓

Fallouween Day 2: Explosive 💥

Bottlecap Mine from Fallout, with cherry bombs! Mostly tried to channel fallout 3.

I got really lost in this one!! So I got in the groove super late tonight 😅 I told myself, I’ll just casually gesture draw the little vault boys on the lunchbox… 👀 I went in a little too much haha. Can’t wait to draw a person tomorrow!
