A first step, a first screening. My first festival as a filmmaker. Felt so inspired watching beautiful short films Raza, Kovarty, Chashma, What Is Your Name? and Yayati. The conversations with senior filmmakers @rohinraveendrannair and @poojatolani.21 were pure learning, moments to cherish. Grateful to the team ‘Through My Eyes’. And Thank you, BISFF for this unforgettable beginning 🩵 #ThroughMyEyes #FirstScreening #FilmFestival #BangaloreDiaries #IndependentCinema #ShortFilm #FilmCommunity #Cinephile #Storytellers #IndianCinema #FestivalJourney #CinemaLovers #FilmmakersLife #FilmScreening #ArtOfCinema #GratitudePost #MemoriesInFrames #FilmJourney by @chirag_solucky
I grew up watching films like Rockstar, Saathiya, Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, Jab Tak Hai Jaan, Khamoshi and Veer Zaara. I never imagined that one day I would be standing next to the person who shot all these films. It was an indeed surreal experience of directing a small practical with Sir Anil Mehta! @im_anilmehta Working with you, sir, has been an incredible opportunity. Thank you to all the cinematography students for giving me this chance. Grateful to be here ❤️ P.C @vazzdaaaa @akshayshan_ 😘 #filmmaking #filmandtelevisioninstituteofindia #ftii by @chirag_solucky

Hey Higgsfield, Generate a cinematic and nostalgic video Under the Wisdom Tree at FTII, a student from Gujarat sits on the desi khaatla which are meant for the gathering of protest, reciting romantic poetry of Rishabh Mehta. Around him, life moves like jazz. A group of students play cricket, their laughter cutting through the seriousness. One smokes, one shouts “out!” Another one leans against a dusty scooter, reading Ambedkar’s text aloud, as if to remind the air itself that rebellion was once printed in blue ink. And the most beautiful human being you’ve ever seen tunes a guitar not to impress, but to listen. Their chords glide between words and wind, bridging poetry with protest. And when the pitch of their freedom wavers, a classical puneri voice rises, pure, trained, and furious, With paan in his mouth, One Bhopal’s loud voice becoming silent for the recording and one Kerala’s die-hard leftist recorder, Adjusts sound volume as if evaluating the ideology, Making it clear… At the end camera zooms out with someone saying, ‘Isko rekhta me bhej do!’ And topi wala bengali saying something in ear! 😂 Love you to the TV 22 and everyone who contributed to this! #ftii #studentlife #studentofcinema by @chirag_solucky
This will be one of the most beautiful Sunday mornings. Thank you for coming. Your presence itself felt like love! I also came to know that people sitting in the last rows faced some difficulty with the sound, and I sincerely apologise for that. It wasn’t the best viewing experience. But I promise we will take care of it next time! Also grateful for making this possible @rajarshi_smart @sarvajanik_school_of_finearts 🩵 P.S. I really wanted to meet and talk to so many of you personally, but couldn’t manage to. Sorry for that as well. 🫣 #FilmScreening #SundayMorning #Cinema #IndependentCinema #DocumentaryFilm ShortFilm Filmmaking FTII Surat GujaratiCinema IndianCinema Storytelling FilmCommunity ArtAndCinema ScreeningDay Cinephile VisualStorytelling CinemaLovers CreativeCommunity FilmsOfIndia by @chirag_solucky
