Our relationship with plants is not something new to learn, but something very old to remember 🌿

One of the most beautiful days of our Glastonbury Pilgrimage was spent at the @apothecarygardensomerset with the wonderful @chloeisidora, slowing down enough to meet the plants differently.

We communed with lemon balm, yarrow, chamomile, lavender, feverfew and lady’s mantle — touching, smelling, listening and learning.

We explored traditional plant wisdom, worked with beautiful copper stills, distilled plants and experienced the simple magic of creating botanical medicine together.

It was tactile. Earthy. Sensory. Human.

In a world where we can access almost endless information about plants, there is something quite different about actually being with them.

Taking a nap with them in the sun
Smelling the leaves.
Watching the distillation process.
Sharing stories around a table.
Remembering that humans have lived in relationship with the plant world for thousands of years.

Chloe brought so much knowledge, warmth and beauty to this day, and it was a joy to have her join us as one of our guest facilitators. She is also the creatrix behind the gorgeous @mymoonpower botanical oils 🌹 — another expression of her relationship with plants and cyclical wisdom.

For me, this is part of what Rooted in the Old Ways is really about.

Not trying to recreate the past.
Not transcending our humanity in search of something more “spiritual”.

But remembering how to be in relationship — with the land, the plants, our bodies, one another…
and perhaps becoming a little more authentically human again. 🌿

One of my most exciting projects this summer has been creating the Yoni Temple Stools. 🌹

If you’re anything like me, you may have always wanted to yoni steam, but somehow could never quite get comfortable . Squatting over a bowl I could never fully relax, I didn’t feel inspired by the yoni steaming boxes I saw on Etsy and the whole makeshift bowl-over-the-toilet situation makes my tummy churn!

So I decided to work with an incredible carpenter to create something beautiful, sacred and actually comfortable stools made especially for the priestesses.

These stools are handmade from rich walnut and oak, with every curve, proportion and detail intentionally considered for comfort, ritual and presence.

The walnut seat offers wisdom, protection and transformation. The grounding oak legs represent the Four Directions creating four pillars for your own personal temple.

The opening is inspired by the Vesica Piscis, the sacred geometry of creation. And woven into the design are symbols of the Moon, Rose and Ankh honouring our cycles, sensuality, heart, creativity, life force and transformation.

As priestesses have begun sitting and connecting with them, I’ve realised they are becoming something far beyond a beautiful way to yoni steam.

They are becoming sacred temple seats.

A place to sit in council.
To oracle.
To create ceremony and tend to sacred business.
And even to free bleed.

There is something about sitting on them that feels deeply activating and aligning, it’s as though the stool itself becomes part of the ritual.

If you feel called to a Yoni Temple Stool, send me a DM and I can share more information with you🌙🌹 by @chloeisidora

Last weekend, it was an absolute honour to share the Rite of the Womb ceremony at Heart of the Rose. 🌹

For over a decade now, I have been sharing this ceremony and have initiated hundreds of women into this beautiful rite, also known as the 13th Rite of the Munay-Ki.

This rite was my own initiation into womb work.

The very first time I received the Rite of the Womb, my womb started vibrating. I could feel, in the deepest part of my body, that a huge healing was taking place.

The very next day, I started my bleed and it was not a normal bleed. It was incredibly dark, almost black, and I knew in my bones that an ancestral healing was taking place.

This ceremony was my gateway into womb work. It had such a profound effect on my life that, ever since, I have felt it as my sacred duty and deep honour to share it with other women.

What I love so much about this rite is that once you are initiated, you can share it. You can gift it to the women in your community. You can become a vessel for this beautiful healing to continue moving through the world.

The words of this rite ring true in every cell of my being:

“The womb is not a place to hold fear or pain. The womb is a place to create and give birth to new life.”

The more women who reconnect with their wombs, the deeper the healing can go.

The more we come into balance and harmony with this sacred space within our bodies, the more we open ourselves to creating beauty and love and offering our respect and reverence not only to our own wombs, but to all wombs and to the great womb of Mother Earth.

I will always be forever grateful to @marcelalobosmystic who initiated me into this rite through the Four Winds Society.

Thank you @the_kindest_thing for inviting me to share at @heartoftherose_festival 💕
Thank you @rosedoulaaria for blessing the ceremony with your cosmic womb Aramaic chants and @its.me.lauramilne for stepping in to help give the Rite. I’m very grateful for both of your support. 💞🌹
Thank you to all the women who choose to be initiated 🙏👑 by @chloeisidora

The value of finding your soul sisters serving the same thread of a better humanity is unquantifiable

And when they are pure hearted and ready to uplift the mission with you, doors will open beyond what you knew possible

It’s worth every plane ride, dollar spent, and sometimes scary plunge into the mystery to find them

Celebrating how the thread is weaving us together to share our medicine once again

And welcoming you all to join us in the UK for @heartoftherose_festival

This is a very unique pulse weaving women of remembrance and devotion to a more beautiful world 🌹

And if we don’t see you here, may the threads of our shared mission weave us in divine time

✨ THE PRIESTESS PATH IS CALLING… ✨

Have you ever felt an ancient part of you calling?

A sense that there is a deeper part of yourself waiting to be remembered?

When we hear the word Priestess, we might imagine ancient temples, rituals and a world belonging to the past.

However Priestess’s do not belong to another time.

Today’s Priestesses are mothers, artists, entrepreneurs, teachers, healers, therapists, community leaders and women choosing to live their lives with greater beauty, wisdom, courage, compassion and devotion.

Priestess’s are remembering our innate connection to Earth, to Source, to the elements, to our bodies, our intuition, and the sacredness of life.

And with that in mind, I’d love to invite you into an incredible circle of women at the Present Day Priestess Summit, hosted by @annwynavalon. ✨

It’s a FREE online gathering exploring what it means to walk the Priestess path in today’s world. reconnecting with ancient wisdom and discovering how these teachings can be lived, embodied and expressed in our lives today.

I’ll be sharing a session close to my heart…

When the heart feels tender…

An Indigenous teaching says that the elder doesn’t ask “What is wrong?”

Instead, they ask four simple questions.

When was the last time you danced?
When was the last time you sang?
When was the last time a story filled you with wonder?
When was the last time you rested in silence?

For me, there is a fifth question.

When was the last time you spent time in nature, reconnecting with the awe, curiosity, and presence of your inner child?

This Solstice was a beautiful reminder of that medicine.

Time spent with dear sisters by the River Dart. Swimming, lying in the sun, sharing stories, sitting in silence, laughing and simply being.

It reminded me that the deepest nourishment is often found in life’s simplest moments.

Grateful 🫶🏼
And yes please.
More of this! 🤍 taken in England by @chloeisidora

Chloe Isidora has been a muse of mine for many years now. One of those rare women who moves through the world with beauty, depth and devotion in equal measure.

Last night, she joined us for Wild Power, bringing her exquisite MYMOON Power oils and guiding a deeply nourishing anointing ritual for the women gathered around the table. It felt like such a gift to weave her wisdom into the evening.

Chloe has spent years supporting women to reconnect with themselves through ritual, cyclical living and self-care, and there is something truly special about the way she holds space; gentle, grounded and full of grace.

Thank you, Chloe, for sharing your magic with us and for being such a beloved part of this gathering. 🌼 by @chloeisidora

What a potent weekend with the Roses 🌹

As I reflect on these beautiful days, two themes stand out: being held and receiving.

The Roses created such a deep sense of safety, gently inviting each woman into surrender and trust. One participant shared through tears, “I’ve never allowed myself to be held before, but the safety I felt with the Roses made it possible for me to finally receive being held.”

In that safety, layers softened and unraveled. We were able to feel, express and embrace ourselves exactly as we are.

The Roses also invited us to receive. To soften. To let go of striving and open to nourishment, love, support, and beauty. As we did, many of us experienced a return to our natural state of joy, bliss, love and connection.

🌹 “Spending the day with Chloe and the Roses was pure magic… I left feeling my cup overflowing with deliciousness.” - Stephanie

🌹 “A soothing healing balm for my nervous system… connecting with the Roses was heavenly.” - Kate

If you’re still feeling the call of Rose, there is one final offering at the @apothecarygardensomerset

🌹For the Lovers of Rose
🌹Tomorrow, 17 June
🌹Co-created with @anaismagdalenepriestess

A day of devotion, creativity, poetry, anointing rituals, hydrolat making, and deep connection with the Magdalene Rose mysteries.
