What if I alchemised all the grace, love, and care I give the world for myself?

I spent all my 20s running, building, and platforming. The difference you’re seeing is me finally pouring back into myself. It feels good to know myself more every day, and to finally feel at home in this life and body.

To the hard lessons and losses, thank you for revealing my path, even when I’m not ready. Thank you for pushing me beyond my own limited beliefs

Growing pains are my new favourite kind of ache 🧘🏽‍♀️

It’s the last year of my 20’s expect me to get sexier by the day 😘🏃🏾‍♀️ taken in London, United Kingdom by @chlomoolala

We recently spoke with Chloè Turner (@chlomoolala), founder of Paper Friends Productions (@paperfriendsproductions), to explore her journey to building a production company rooted in care, collaboration and honesty.

From styling her first shoots with friends to producing large-scale music videos for the likes of Uncle Waffles, Chloè reflects on the philosophy of holistic production — an approach that prioritises people as much as the final frame.

In a conversation spanning fair compensation, creative community, and the global rise and celebration of African storytelling, Chloè shares why she believes kindness and transparency are essential to the future of the industry.

When I started @paperfriendsproductions three years ago, our intention was simple: authentic relationships.

Over the past three years, we’ve focused on building a community while creating work we’re incredibly proud of. So when you find us online, you know we’re more than just a reel of projects — we’re a collective built on connection, collaboration, and trust.

We’re now open for 2026 bookings - send that brief chommie! ✨🫶🏽 by @chlomoolala
