To celebrate Women’s Month in South Africa, we gathered with an inspiring group of women for our very first Africa House Women’s Retreat. 🌿

Hosted at the beautiful @thewell_nineyards , the day was designed around movement, restoration and connection — from a morning of movement and breathwork in the salt room, to ice plunges in the garden and moments of stillness in the sauna.

In the afternoon, the wonderful @nandi.dlepu hosted a special edition of her Women in Bloom series, bringing us together for an afternoon of honest conversation, reflection and celebration. We ended the day with a toast to how far we’ve come — and to everything still ahead. Thanks @krone.world 🥂

37, in FULL colour🎈🎨✨

I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful way to step into another year of life — Carnival, culture, Soca in the air, friends from near and far, and so many people I love somehow crossing paths in one place. My heart is FULL❤️

And to do it ALL with my Almost Bday Twiin Mimi was the absolute cherry on top! 🍒 Another year around the sun for both of us, and somehow we just keep adding to the bank of stories that we’ll be telling and laughing over forever 😂❤️ I love doing life with her! 🥂

To everyone who called, messaged, posted, prayed for me and sent me the most beautiful words — THANK YOU. Some of those messages were actual tear-jerkers. 🥹 I feel so incredibly seen and loved by the people I hold so dearly, and that might be one of the greatest gifts of all.

And God… ❤️ I see His hand in my life every single day. In the big blessings, the tiny details, the timing, the clarity, the protection, the people around me — all of it. Sometimes I genuinely have to laugh because God really does not play about me 😂 and I LOVE THAT FOR ME! I’m so grateful for His grace, His favour and another year of life.

The deeper 37 reflections can come later. For now, this one is simply about JOY, LOVE and GRATITUDE.
