GIVING A BIG OL GRATITUDE/LOVE LETTER TO THE COMPASSIONATE, INSPIRING, RADIANT, AND WHIMSICAL POWERHOUSE / BALL OF LIGHT / GOOFY GIGGLE MONSTER THAT IS THE BRILLIANT AMINA ROBINSON! @aminarobinson has been blessing me project after project and all I can say is THANK YOU 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾! To work collaboratively with someone who centers love, joy, and storytelling while concurrently ostracizing ego, stress, and negativity is something not many folks get to celebrate. So THANK YOU AMINA for constantly saying my name in new spaces, for teaching me along the way, for listening to all my 5am brain dumps, and for letting me add a little #FiveSixDevonEight to your collection of fantastic work! I’m tryna go wherever you going 🫡LOVE YOU ALWAYS! 😭🤩😍🤩😭

🪻🪻The Color Purple 🪻🪻 was the blessing I didn’t even know I needed! I love an intimate piece but when @aminarobinson said she wanted to explore how grand we could go to contrast the compelling edge of your seat moments, I JUMPED & STOMPED FOR JOY (and then proceeded to put it in the show 😅😅)!! This contract gave lessons/gifts in adaptability, collaboration, musicality, and HELLA NEW FRIENDS!

SWIPE to catch this #FiveSixDevonEight or to hear Mister’s Lament 🤣🤣

This year has been so artistically fulfilling it’s hard to quantify!! Instead of working 7 days a week, I’m gonna try to recap all of these projects I’ve been so grateful to be apart of!

🗞️🗞️NEWSIES 🗞️🗞️ is a choreographic TITAN and I’m proud to have returned home to my favorite stage to help mount this monster! It wouldn’t have that #FiveSixDevonEight flair if I didn’t push the envelope a bit and how lucky am I to have done it with the creative likes of @mandapasquin, @nickburbo, and @mariegoroundd! Thanks @udsummerstage for always being my artistic playground! SWIPE if you’re trying to catch some counts real quick!

If Philly Theaters like @ardentheatreco keep driving Ricky to stand and clap their hands off after shows we’re going to have to stop adding “Ricky never gives standing ovations” to our reviews. #onceonthisisland is already extended to June 23rd. See it!
