Opening Night for the Team!! Team @ardentheatreco & The ENTIRE Cast of, Girl From North Country at their Season Opener was a ‘Tight Connection’. Written by Conor McPherson with award winning Music & Lyrics from #BobDylan. Production like No Other.💐💐
Telling the story of a mortgage to the brim boarding house during the Great Depression in Duluth, Minnesota & the lives of the many that pass through. Where you meet every kind of person, all different, but looking for the same survival & love. Such an odd but truthful pair. Beautifully, Directed-Terrance Nolen, Genius-Ly Choregraphed-Devon Sinclair. Fantastic Costume, Set & Sound to Match. The Lighting was Stunning-STUNNING!! Everything came to life, even in this dark time & place of this story.🫰🏿🫶🏿

This Cast!! MY God THIS CAST!! This ENTIRE cast pulled double duty, Actors AND Musicians(some playing multiple). And it was Phenomenal!! 🫰🏿🫰🏿🫰🏿And it felt & sound so good. Many of the cast are favorites of ours so it was an extra treat to see the shine so bright. Scott & Greg have been a part of our journey in Philly Theater from the beginning & they still keep us guessing. Charlie, Giacomo, Eric & Harrison were just magic & a gift to watch. Matteo & Sevon(together again) just embodied Joe & Reverend in a way that chilled & warmed our bones at the same time.🙌🏾🙏🏾 And the Ladies!!!! Being introduced to Gabrielle & Lyndie in this production set the bar pretty high from here on out. With Gabrielle, JUST setting her foot on a #Philly Stage, 🔥. & Lyndie JUST learning to play the upright Bass for this role.🔥. And our Vintage Actors Sarah, Candace & Maggie each brought elegance, spice, femininity & power to their roles & in life. We 🫶🏿 them for that, Truly.

We got to mingle & party with this incredibly hardworking lovely cast, crew, back & front of the house. We even meet some of the 26/27 APAs. Bob Dylan is ranked #1 for the number of unique songs covered by other artists among singer-songwriters. The proof of his gift is in this show. Come see for yourself. On stage Right Now until 10/25!! I WAS JUST NOMINATED FOR MY FIRST BARRYMORE AWARD FOR OUTSTANDING LEADING PERFORMANCE IN A MUSICAL!!!!

Before I say anything else, none of these noms would have happened had it not been for @ryanestud ! I’m dedicating this post and nominations to her. She was a phenomenal performer and all around beautiful soul! I’m still devastated and shocked that she passed in July and we couldn’t celebrate as a cast for the nominations today. @theatrephiladelphia

Thank you summerstage for a great year. Trolls was one of my favorite performances. I loved getting to tap into my dancer side. This is my second time being in a pilot and it was so much fun. I loved and had an amazing cast and staff. Thank you everyone! Bye trolls!!! #trolls #musical #dancer

Hi im back from the jungle. This experience has been one I will cherish forever. Despite only being able to perform one weekend (mind you my heel doesn’t even hurt anymore), the whole of this process and production was a genuine dream. Thank you to everyone involved for your love, energy, and attention to making this project what it was.🫶🫶🫶
