I am in for the peace. The growth. The human experience. The laughter. The joy. The sensing. The hurt. Show me what it means to be human. Show me what it means to love and to be loved in all ways possibe. Show me where I can give. Show me where I can receive. Show me my light. Show me my shadow. Bring me closer to the right people. Dear soul, shine so loud and bright, others remember. Dear heart, beat so loud, I can only follow you. God, protect me with your light and show me my way.

Step by step
Day by day.

Rooting to rise.

Zur richtigen Zeit, am richtigen Ort.

Deep Stretch
Friday
8.30-9.30
@boarestudio

Blending a traditional Hatha Asana Yoga practice, with electronic music. Since 5 years I am already on the mat, offering what helps me to ground my bubbly mind.

Somewhere between strength, elegance and meditation is where we go.

See you on the mat

Merging the tools,
To explore my own soul.
That was gods idea,
The universal creation,
Of us all.

Different perspectives,
Different ideas,
Building those bridges,
To manifest it.
