On January 10th at 7:30 PM, join Christine for a soothing Yoga Nidra session designed to release tension, quiet the mind, and restore your natural balance.

Also known as yogic sleep, Yoga Nidra guides you into a state between wakefulness and sleep where stress melts away, the nervous system resets, and deep restoration happens naturally. You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and deeply refreshed.

🌿 All levels welcome — no experience needed
🧘‍♀️ Just lie down, listen, and let go

Omg this year 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨. (Watch till the last photo 🤭)
I think I‘ve never felt that deep. That high and that low. I think I’ve never had so many learnings with myself and I think I’ve never appreciated my friends around the world that much 🥹🐒✨. Looking back from December to the last 12 months, Im happy about all happenings and people I’ve met. It was tough. I’m excited what comes next 🩷.

Burn Fears, Plant Intentions 🔥🌱

Journaling helps you release what holds you back and focus on what moves you forward. Write to let go of fears, gain clarity, and set clear intentions for your future. Just a few minutes a day can transform your mindset and direction.

What will you burn, and what will you plant for 2025?
