top 10 most downloaded RCP episodes all time ➡️ for captions - any surprises?

#vancouverpodcast #musicpodcast #musicinterviews #vancouverjazz #rhythmchanges

how did we know in 2022?

the first episode to get traction in the scene and put the show on the map a bit when rhythm changes had like no audience

a great Chris episode with lots of education talk

a great example of how someone does so many things in 3 years that since this ep, we could do a whole new one! Also this was the first time a guest came all the way to my place in coquitlam after I moved there

Chris opened up the 2025 festival by dropping this one recorded at the Coastal offices

Biboye is one of the longest tenured followers and supporters of Rhythm Changes ever, in addition to all he does and this was our long overdue first meeting!

One of those eps where I was lucky to catch someone in their young/uni years before they became BIG on the scene!

The last episode i recorded before ep.100 and handing the show to Chris and we share several unique and funny moments

Chris' first ever episode, timed right before Madeleine launched her trio as well. Was number 1 all time until May of this year...

We miss you Kate ❤️‍🩹 taken in Vancouver, British Columbia by @chrisfguitar

We're a month out from the Summer Run Jazz Fest, and I'd like to take a moment to celebrate one of the great documentarians of our scene, Vincent Lim. Vincent goes to as many shows as anyone possibly could, and he always takes and shares such wonderful photos. He's been kind enough to allow us to make use of his work for the purposes of promoting shows (something he does for so many of us) and the community is all the better for it. I spoke with him briefly after the Vancouver International Jazz Festival ended, where he told me that across the 40 odd shows he attended plus all the jam sessions he had roughly ten thousand photos to go through. The dedication and care to his craft is something I think a lot of us players can relate to, and in much the same way it's been really cool to see him get better and better at what he does over the years. Here's to you, Vince! Thank you for all that you do for us.

Tickets and information for Summer Run can be found in our linktr.ee and at steelheadsound.ca.
