Welcome to Rocktober. Las Leñas beckoned us for one last hurrah before we hit the road south. Managed to find enough spring corn,wind slab, sastrugi, and chowder to keep us entertained. So awesome to be able to look across the valley and see our previous exploits. Sad to leave but excited for what comes next😃 by @chrishall6655

So many years in the making! We finally found a 2 week window to travel up to Bella Bella and do a thorough exploration of Queens Sound. This archipelago is a paddlers paradise with endless islands and passages to poke around. We were so fortunate to be blessed with incredible weather for the most part, gorgeous camping spots, and little in the way of equipment issues (other than a infuriating defective sleeping pad - arghhh). So thankful to have pulled this one off with the lovely JoAnna. by @chrishall6655

This is what used to pass for a starter home! When Jo and I bought it in 1996 a friend told us not to try and turns a sows ear into a silk purse. Finally got around to putting a new roof on it. by @chrishall6655
