The lucky streak continues for the @powderquest Ultimate Andes crew. @pedro_crespo_ leading the charge and opening up Valle Hermoso after last weekends storm with a little (ok maybe a lot) of help from the @guiaslaslenas snowcat!

We are back in Las Leñas, Argentina this week with our Ultimate Andes Tour.

The famous Marte Chairlift was open yesterday allowing us to bang out some lift laps before heading higher in the skin track to try to avoid the cartón and chase the remaining untracked powder turns from the weekend’s 2 foot ❄️ storm.

A classic Fear and Loathing in Las Leñas day to start our time in the valley with @powderquest. Marte chair rides, howling winds, intimidating entrances and powder skiing!

Kicking off our 11 day Ultimate Andes Backcountry Discovery tour this week with a bang.

The Andes are still delivering in the high country for those willing to jump in the skin track and go explore above Farellones.

Looks like a bit of snow on the way over the weekend. Stay tuned!

Made it back home to around a meter of fresh in my garden. No words. Here’s a few pics I liked that @sabineburns took from our trip at @monasheepowder

Ski trip to Emma Lk in BC Coast Range east of Powell River (qathet) above the Eldred Valley. Beautiful comfy cabin courtesy of the Knucklehead Society. Good energy and strength in our congenial group despite small infirmities like missing knee ligaments, deafness etc etc. Weather was perfect, with a fully bluebird day, followed by a cooling rain for the descent into the valley today. Snow wasn’t perfect given the late season but we found the best of it!
