I am deeply honoured and excited to announce that my new sound installation “The Intelligence Below” launches this week as part of a stunning new exhibition at @rammuseum in Exeter. Living Labyrinths - Art and Fungi, is a unique exhibition exploring the cultural world of fungi through a lens of scientific enquiry and features stunning objects, sculptures, images, video and sounds. To have my work featured alongside so many incredible artists, past and present is a real honour and I can’t wait for the exhibition to open this weekend! My thanks go to curator extraordinaire @laragoodband and the RAMM team for doing everything in their power to make this happen as well as my thanks to some very special contributors including @chrishoward001 @grocycle_project @briznicholls @1963.christian @theboskyman

I’ll also be running workshops, performances and artist talks at RAMM over the next few months so maybe see you there! by @chrishoward001

Dawn chorus diminishing.

I set a last minute 4am alarm last week when I remembered I hadn't been up for a dawn chorus yet this year, to fill my ears with quiet through listening to the loudest of birds.

A MASSIVE THANK YOU!!

It's been such a brilliant journey raising this money for Dementia UK, and I'm blown away with everyone's generosity - you guys kept me going and inspired me every step of the way.

This month, instead of trying in vain to turn myself into a beautiful specimen, @menshealthuk sent me out to look for some. In the current issue I’ve explored the possibility that birdwatching might be… cool now. Yes really. Prompted by the success of @owen_reiser and Quentin (@earlyworm_getsthebird ) Reiser’s fabulous YouTube documentary ‘Listers’ (if you haven’t seen it yet, drop whatever you’re doing for the next two hours) and the rise of birdwatching groups for atypical twitchers such as @flocktogether.world , I went for a long walk in Richmond Park with Flock Together founder @ollie_ranger and two pairs of binoculars. We didn’t find the green woodpecker he wanted but did spot some nesting herons and a delightful tufted duck, and had an excellent chat at a slow pace. It's finally here - tomorrow I line up to run the London marathon after 15 years of trying.

I'm running for @dementia_uk, to support the unbelievably important work they do to help the families of those living with this cruel condition.

SHAKY RUNNING CONTENT IS BACK!!

I know you've been missing it, but I am BACK on the fundraising trail.

We are on the way!

Heading to Cornwall, and into potential 50mph headwinds over the weekend... Happy days.
