POSTS STORIES REELS

Hi there. If you’re new here — I’m Chris.

I am a Programmer, Creator, Consultant, and Entrepreneur. But especially, I enjoy building businesses and helping people build theirs with smart tools and workflows.

A brief look at the journey so far:

✅ Fully self-employed since 2014.
🌍 Been living location-independent for 5+ years, spending 6 or more months in 9+ countries.
🚀 Helped build two podcasts to the top 2% globally.
🎥 Built or helped build a few YouTube channels, together reaching 100k+ subscribers.

What drives me? The process of building businesses, smart systems, and ultimately, a life with real freedom (financial, location, and time). Getting to explore the world is a fantastic part of that.

Currently focusing my energy on:

🤝 Helping founders with their tech, problem-solving, and strategy with my unlimited 1:1 consulting: Get as many 30-60 min sessions as you need for a full year, all for a fixed one-time fee. DM me “𝑼𝒏𝒍𝒊𝒎𝒊𝒕𝒆𝒅” for the details!
📺 Growing my YouTube channel towards 100k subscribers (currently at 16k+ — come say hi!).
🧘‍♂️ Building @Niyama.Academy (co-founder) and @BOLSTair (investor), trying to make the world a bit more mindful and fit.

My sweet spot is setting up tech, organizing things, mapping out business and lifestyle strategies, and generally trying to make things work well. I also genuinely enjoy programming—it’s been a sort of safe space for me since I was about 9.

So, what can you expect when you follow along? Straight talk. I’ll be sharing thoughts on philosophy, content creation, tech, lifestyle design, and mindset. Basically, what I learn as I navigate it all. I haven’t made it (yet)… never made $100k in a year (yet)… but I’ll document the process.

This is your invite to follow the journey, and I am glad you’re here. by @chrisspiegl

Throwback to Spain, the first few weeks of Williams life…

I was on a walk with my boy when I noticed these umbrella trees. Quite genius. They don’t really block the view. But they provide some much-needed shade from the midday sun.

I’ve known about the wild bore in and around Marbella… but I haven’t seen them walk easy like this. Just a casual evening walk with the family.

I’ve shocked the barista with my order multiple times. But changing the “pan con Tomate” to “croissant con Tomate” was a genius idea. The warm croissant with olive oil and Tomate tastes great. And the cortado is just added bonus.

Beach days fill with nostalgia when this colorful umbrella comes out. It looks so cute. The shade most definitely was needed. by @chrisspiegl

How do you make a photograph matter for more than 24 hours? by @chrisspiegl

I had an affair (years ago)…

with Sony. Since then I've been back shooting almost exclusively with Canon cameras.

But are you loyal? Would you switch for a different model? Or for specs? by @chrisspiegl

Are you really the decision maker in your life?

Or are you basing most of your choices on what some call "basically advertisements"?

Let's be honest here. You'd have to live life under a rock to be completely void of any influence from other people.

But it still warrants some thinking… what choices would you make if nobody was looking? by @chrisspiegl

The best camera is the one you have in your pocket… or is it?

I argue the phone is too many things at once these days.

It's the reason I chose the “non Max” version of the iPhone last year.
It's the reason I try to carry an eReader when going to the beach.
It's the reason I intend to bring my “real camera” out more (and maybe invest in a “daily carry” camera).

What do you think? by @chrisspiegl

Two tips on how to make your iPhone photography look more like actual photographs! by @chrisspiegl

What makes a photograph worth sharing? What is “good enough” to be interesting?

At this point, my algorithm is pulling up the crème de la crème of photographic skill, timing, and travel.

It's almost annoying… how does my photography compare when I am not in all those incredible locations? Why would I even take that shot if it's just anohter tuesday?

But I am trying to build the muscle and more than that: I am getting back into the craft for the crafts sake!

It's not always about the likes, comments, or shares! It's about the fact that I wanted to take that shot. So that's enough.

Best, Chris by @chrisspiegl

Spanish coastlines are calling my name… by @chrisspiegl

in the beginning we posted everything. The random wall in your neighbourhood. The new graffitit, the tree that looks kinda funny.

Social Media (aka Instagram) felt closer, more like it's just your friends. This had it's downsides too (but that's for another video).

I want to get back to the old instagram feeling and that includes publishing some "bad photography" cause it's "my photography"! by @chrisspiegl

I miss these kinds of dinners. Spain, Italy, and France… they have the best ingredients.
