Church family, we’re so grateful for the opportunity to gather and grow in God’s Word this Sunday! Pastor Chad taught us from the parable of the sower in Matthew 13 challenging us to consider the condition of our hearts and how we respond to God’s Word. We were encouraged to grow deep roots in Christ, stand firm through trials, resist the distractions of this world, and cultivate lives that bear lasting spiritual fruit.

Let’s Live the Text together this week:
- Fight (the Evil One) by trusting God and diligently seeking to understand his Word.
- Fight trials and persecution by praying for steadfast faith, studying God's Word, and living in genuine Christian community.
- Fight the love of money by treasuring God's promises and practicing regular generosity.
- Be encouraged by the spiritual fruit you and others see in your life. Reap the harvest!

May we be good soil, rooted in God’s Word and faithful to live it out, bearing fruit for His glory! by @christchurchnorman

Church family, what a beautiful Sunday together! 🤍

We worshiped, lifted our voices in praise, and were reminded that everything we have is entrusted to us by God.

Pastor Chad taught from the parable of the unjust manager in Luke 16, challenging us to faithfully steward what God has placed in our hands.

Let’s Live the Text together:
- Give to your family.
- Give to your church.
- Give to your neighbor.
- Give what you are able to give.

May the way we use what God has given us reflect our faithfulness to Him 🙌 by @christchurchnorman

Church family, what a beautiful Sunday together! We worshiped, shared communion, and lifted our voices in congregational praise. Pastor Chad taught us from the parable of the unforgiving servant, reminding us of the depth of forgiveness we’ve received and the forgiveness we’re called to extend.

Let’s Live the Text together this week:
- Name the person you have refused to forgive.
- Release the debt you keep collecting.
- Take the first step toward reconciliation.

May the forgiveness we’ve received from Christ shape the way we forgive others! by @christchurchnorman

The church is more than a place we gather on Sundays. In Christ, we are called to belong to one another—to be discipled, make disciples, and love people as we exalt Jesus to our city. If you're interested in Christ Church, Membership Class is the next step.

Beginning September 20, join us for three weeks as we explore who we are, what we believe, and what it means to live faithfully together as covenant members of Christ Church. If you haven’t registered yet, we’d love to have you with us!

Today at Christ Church, we gathered to worship, and Elder Josh Walker taught from Psalm 139 as we finished our time in the Psalms.

Psalm 139 teaches us that God knows us completely, is always with us, made us with care, and is the only one who can judge perfectly. Because He already knows everything about us, we can honestly bring Him our thoughts and feelings and ask Him to search our hearts and lead us.

Next Sunday, we begin a new sermon series through the parables of Jesus! by @christchurchnorman

Today at Christ Church, we gathered to worship and continued through the Psalms with Psalm 46.

Psalm 46 teaches us that God is not distant. He is our safe place, our strength, and our help when trouble comes. Even when the world feels like it is falling apart, we do not have to live in fear. God is with us, He is in control, and He will put an end to evil.

We can be still, know that He is God, and trust the future He has promised His people.
