Safe to say we did not come here to survive on hot dogs and granola bars

From yakitori and bánh mì chảo to rabokki, kimchi jjigae, kimchi fried rice and way too many “snacks,” this glamping trip turned into a full-on Asian food fest at Lytle Creek Villas.

Honestly, we ate way better out here than we do at home 😭

What’s your go-to camping dish? 👀

Hosted stay with Lytle Creek Villas 🤍

The rain said “cancel date night” and we said “absolutely not.”

So we stayed home, ordered Armenian food from Black Jack Market, and accidentally turned the night into a full-blown food tasting situation.

If you’ve never had Armenian food before YOU ARE MISSING OUT!

Savory, comforting, fresh, a little sweet, a little chaotic — basically everything we want in a dinner.

At one point we stopped talking and just started nodding at each other while eating, which is how you know it’s serious.

Moral of the story: bad weather can ruin plans, but it cannot ruin dinner. 😌

Try out the Black Jack Market app or in-store shopping experience today!

I feel like the luckiest man alive because I get to spend forever with my best friend. You are my greatest adventure, my biggest blessing, and the love of my life. I love you more than words can express, and I can’t wait for all the memories, laughter, and milestones still to come. Here’s to forever. ❤️💍

Huge shoutout to @danielasteele for helping me arrange everything in Bali. I would have not been able to do it without you. You are the best! by @christianyi_

The one day in Bali that it rained nonstop.

I almost canceled the sunrise photoshoot you planned for us because I didn’t want to trek through the rain and mud. If you had asked younger me what getting proposed to would look like, I would’ve painted a picture straight out of a fairytale.

Instead, my hair was soaked, my makeup had washed away, and my dress was covered in mud. I spent the morning worrying about how imperfect I looked.

But when I look back on that day, I don’t think about any of that.

I think about you turning to me, smiling, and telling me how beautiful I looked.

I used to think the perfect proposal meant perfect weather, perfect photos, and a perfect moment.

Instead, God gave me rain.

And maybe that was the lesson all along.

Because life won’t always be sunny. Plans will change. Things will go wrong. We’ll have seasons that feel more like storms than fairytales.

But on the day I said yes, I realized I wasn’t being given a perfect moment.

I was being given the right person to walk through every imperfect one with.

❤️💍

As someone who’s trying to be more intentional about the foods I put in my body, the @wisecode.ai app has made nutritional information way more accessible and easy to understand. It helps cut through all the food marketing jargon so you can actually figure out which foods are truly healthy—and which ones brands just want you to think are healthy.

Give it a try… you might be surprised by what you discover about some of your favorite foods. by @christianyi_
