bobby didn’t do a 30/60/90. he didn’t need one.

dec 6 was day 1. gym the next morning. food logged that night.

february: 15 gym visits in 27 days.

290.8 to 239.2 across 14 weigh-ins. nothing edited. nothing left out.

the scale went up once in february - a work-trip cheesecake he didn’t even enjoy. he moved on. no restart.

that’s the whole thing. identity first, standards second, execution third. the weight is just what happens after.

you don’t need a perfect streak. you need a standard that survives the messy weeks.

DM me FINISH if you’re ready to build yours.

The best part of my job isn’t watching people lose weight.

It’s watching them gain confidence.

Watching them have more energy to play with their kids.

Watching them stop hiding from pictures.

Watching them realize they’re capable of more than they believed.

Every photo here tells a different story, but they all started the same way:

One decision to begin. by @christopheryan1

I used to think the hardest battles were in the Ranger Regiment.
Turns out, they started when I got out.

I went from discipline to destruction.
From 4 a.m. wake-ups to blackouts.
From mission-driven to directionless.

I’d kill a fifth of liquor and a case of beer on a Friday night and turn around and do it again on Saturday and call it “balance.”
That wasn’t balance — it was weakness.

Alcohol had me by the throat.
No purpose. No control. No peace.
Jail. Depression. Lost. Reckless.

I lost friends. I lost relationships. I lost myself.

Fitness saved my life. It gave me structure, focus, and purpose again.
The gym became the only place I could silence my mind and rebuild who the hell I was.

Every rep was payback.
Every early morning was redemption.

I’ve been sober for 4 years.
And every day since, I’ve lived with purpose — setting goals and crushing them.

I’m not defined or bound by my past, my mistakes, or any label anyone’s ever put on me.
Everyone can change — but you’ve got to earn it.

You don’t need another party.
You need discipline, structure, and a mission again.

Peace doesn’t come from the bottle — it comes from earning respect for yourself again.

Twenty minutes. Three sessions. One breakfast. Five minutes.

Small on its own. Add it up over a year, and it stops looking small.

You don't have to change your whole life in one week. Pick something you can repeat, then keep showing up for it.

Most men in their 30s do not have a consistency problem. They have a volume problem dressed up as discipline.

Seven days a week for eleven days, then nothing for a month. You have run that loop before.

The men who stay strong for decades are boring. They have a floor, they defend it, and they train in a way they do not dread.

Four sessions a week for six weeks is the dosage the research points to for a habit that sticks. Not forever at max effort. Just long enough for it to become who you are.

Set your floor today. Then stop negotiating with it. by @christopheryan1

protein isn't just chicken breast.

save this for the next time you're building a meal - 100g of egg whites, Greek yogurt, shrimp and turkey all give you different amounts of protein and calories.

use the chart as a starting point; labels and portions still matter.

If you want to hit your protein without eating the same thing every day, follow @christopheryan1 by @christopheryan1

Most “coaches” online aren’t even certified. They’re selling PDFs. Or hoping they can get you results.

I sell transformations. 15 years, thousands of real clients, real results - and I just renewed my ISSA Master Trainer to keep it that way. (7,000 world wide).

You can be present for a set and still log the reps after.

You can follow a plan and rest when your body needs it.

You can enjoy the shoes and still know it's the work that moves you forward.

Fitness isn't one or the other. Keep showing up, and let both things be true.

Five good days, two loose days, zero progress. That's the pattern I see most with busy men over 30.

Nobody needs a stricter diet. You need a weekend that has a shape to it: protein target, a walk, a meal before the social meal.

Have the beers. Have the pizza. Just stop treating Saturday as a day with no rules and Monday as the day you fix everything.

Consistency is boring. It's also the only thing that works.
