Build this into your business and I swear to God you will thrive. Ignore it and I think you’ve got a tough hill coming.

Here’s the trade in two sentences. Everything you sell information for is about to be free. Everything people experience in a room with the right humans is about to be expensive.

That shift is happening right now and most entrepreneurs are going to sleep straight through it. You don’t need funding or a fancy space. Look at what you already sell and find the in-person room hiding inside it.

And if you want to feel what this is like from the inside first, that’s exactly what I’m building with Found. Eight to ten entrepreneurs, four days on the coast, end of September. DM me FOUND. by @chriswharder

@edmylett shares a story he’s never shared before on our most recent episode! (Ep 627) An incredible story that shares the importance of making your “test your testimony,” and the powerful butterfly effect it can have! 🙏🏻

Go listen to the whole thing! 🎧 Ep 627!

A little taste of the very first Found trip!

Day one, everybody introduced themselves with their most embarrassing story. We instantly bonded.

Somewhere in here is the day we took everyone’s phones. By dinner, half of them still didn’t want them back.

By the end of the trip, the group was calling it one of the best experiences of their lives.

The next one is being built right now, and it fills from the waitlist first. DM me FOUND to get on that waitlist. by @chriswharder

Comment “automate” … if you have a podcast or if you’ve ever wanted to start one. Podcast 🎙️ production just got really really cheap and really fast & simple, thanks to AI! 🤖 taken in Newport Beach, California by @chriswharder

Podcasters, comment AUTOMATE and I’ll send you the link to save your seat for Thursday’s live session.

Let the machines handle the scale so you can be freed up to go do the human stuff. That’s how I think about AI right now. The more it floods the world with cheap crappy content, the more your real presence and your point of view become the irreplaceable thing.

On a podcast, the human stuff is the talking. Your take, your guest, the conversation. Nobody can do that part for you.

Everything after you hit stop is what Jim and I are handing off live on Thursday. You’ll watch raw tape go in and a finished episode come out, and we’ll take your questions as we go.

Comment AUTOMATE and I’ll send you the link. Thursday, Oct 15, 11am PT / 2pm ET. by @chriswharder

After spending a day with Chris on the launch of FOUND trips, so much changed for me. @chriswharder effortlessly brought together an intimate room of brilliant minds & entrepreneurs who value intention and connection.

Spending a day with this group sparked new ideas, higher ceilings, and inspiration from people who’ve been through the fire too.

I’ve since been sharing about his upcoming FOUND trips with fellow entrepreneurs because I want them to experience what everyone in that room did.

Thanks Chris, for all you do and who you bring together!

I’m a car lover. I’m not going to sit here and pretend I don’t like nice things.

But not too long ago we split our time between a literal mansion in Scottsdale, a lakehouse in Wisconsin and a beach home in Newport Beach. On top of that I had like seven or eight cars and RVs. On paper, the dream life. And the hassle, the maintenance, the stress, the cost... it negated what we thought it was going to be. So we sold the lakehouse, shed some cars, and simplified. (Don’t worry, I kept the sprinter van.)

The joke’s on us. The feeling we were chasing with all that stuff is the feeling we have now with less.
Same goes for people. Everybody we’ve had to stop inviting to our stuff over the years lost their seat for the same reason. They walked into the room scanning for the most connected person and led with a pitch.

Never once was it about what they drove.

Who’s the most genuinely good person you know? Send them this. by @chriswharder
