Nearly 100 Starbucks on the market right now
⠀
So how do you sell one?
⠀
First, it helps to have a developer like @chriswhatchcre who builds in a great location
⠀
Second, find the highest paying buyer
⠀
In a high growth state like Utah, that is almost always a California 1031 buyer
⠀
So we went hunting. Found a gentleman in escrow on a Redondo Beach rental he was selling, already bullish on Salt Lake City.
⠀
He flew out, walked the site, and sat down with our developer, who sold the location better than any OM could
⠀
Utah is getting priced alongside California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, and Florida

The state demands premium pricing
⠀
Got a vacant drive thru that needs repurposing?

Let’s be honest if you understand calculus or trig you are a nerd 🤓. That’s ok. The world needs nerds. But do we really need to require everyone to take these kinds of classes. Let’s teach stuff these kids will use forever. by @chriswhatchcre
