CIBI Okayamaで、一緒に働きませんか。 6月末にオープンしてから、少しずつこの場所にも日々のリズムが生まれてきました。 地域のみなさま、遠方から訪れてくださる方々。
たくさんの出会いに支えられながら、CIBI Okayama Storeも少しずつ育っています。 そして今、これからのCIBI Okayamaを一緒につくっていく、キッチンスタッフ（正社員）を募集しています。 CIBIのキッチンは、すべてオープンキッチン。 料理をつくるだけではなく、お客様と会話をしたり、料理を直接お届けしたり。 キッチンという役割だけにとどまらず、チームみんなでお店をつくっていくことを大切にしています。 季節や地域の食材を楽しみながら料理をすること。
人と接すること。
新しいことを学び、挑戦すること。 そして、ひとつの場所に長く関わりながら、自分自身も成長していきたい。 そんな方と出会えたら嬉しいです。 CIBI Okayamaには、これからやってみたいことがまだまだたくさんあります。 菜園や果樹園、地域とのつながり。

朝から元気になる、CIBIブレックファースト。 私たちの本店 @cibi_minanoie があるメルボルンには、朝からカフェでブレックファーストを楽しむ文化があります。 家族や友人と過ごしたり、一人でゆっくり本を読んだり。 一日の始まりを大切にする、そんな豊かな時間です。 CIBIブレックファーストは、2008年、メルボルン店のオープンとともにスタートしました。いまでは東京店 @cibi_tokyo の定番ブレックファーストとなり、このたび岡山でもお楽しみいただけるようになりました。 自家製サワードートーストに、卵とアボカド、ルッコラのサラダを添えて。 素材そのもののおいしさをシンプルに味わっていただけるようにデザインした、朝から元気になるブレックファーストです。 現在はオールデーでご提供しております。 朝でも、お昼でも。 ぜひCIBIのブレックファーストを楽しみにいらしてください。💙 by @cibi_okayama

We’ve arrived in the Basque Country! 🇫🇷 Guéthary, southwest France — the last stop on our European book tour. CIBI at YA O YA @yaoya_guethary Japanese Kitchen Tools Exhibition & OSOZAI Book Launch 16–25 October Meg and Zenta will be in store today and tomorrow, with tasting plates from OSOZAI made with fresh local produce for you to enjoy. We’re off to the market this morning to gather ingredients, then into the kitchen! It’s a joy to be here, cooking and sharing a little of the CIBI experience through food and everyday design. We’ve already felt such a warm welcome in the Basque Country and can’t wait to meet everyone over the next two days. In collaboration with YA O YA, we’re sharing a collection of Japanese kitchen tools and our love of everyday design. You’ll also find their carefully curated selection of fresh local produce, brioche, pickles, miso and more! Pop in and say hello!
