What becomes possible when you move beyond the patterns that have shaped your life? On November 14, we gather in Oceanside, California, for an intimate, full-day Sacred 🍄 🌿 Medicine Ceremony. A journey of self-exploration, expanded consciousness, and inner transformation. Through intentional ceremonial practices, somatic awareness, and integration, we create space to: - Explore subconscious patterns and limiting beliefs. - Reconnect with your intuition and inner wisdom. - Discover new perspectives and possibilities. - Set intentions for meaningful change in your everyday life. This is an invitation to look within, question what you’ve always believed, and explore who you are beyond familiar patterns. SACRED 🍄 🌿 MEDICINE CEREMONY 📅 Saturday, November 14, 2026 🕘 9 AM–7 PM 📍 Private residence | Oceanside, California Open to men and women | Limited spaces Your facilitators: Cinderella de Groot — Ceremony Guide Vianka Jolie — Space Holder @viath3way Terri Ann Heiman — Space Holder @terriannheiman For more information and to explore whether this experience is right for you, visit the link in my bio or send a private message 📥 by @cinderelladegroot
I’ve learned that life doesn’t always give us certainty before asking us to take a leap. Sometimes you have to make the decision, follow what feels right, and trust yourself enough to figure out the rest along the way. Not every risk works out the way we imagined. But neither does staying somewhere simply because it feels safe. I’ve started over more times than I can count. And if there’s one thing life has taught me, it’s that we are far more capable of navigating the unknown than we think. So take the trip. Say what you feel. Follow that curiosity. Give yourself permission to experience life fully. Because one day, I’d rather look back at a life I dared to live than one I spent waiting to feel ready. ————- If you’re feeling ready for a new chapter in your life, The (Re)Build Program returns this December. A space to reconnect with yourself, gain clarity, and consciously create a life that feels aligned with who you are today into 2027! Send me a DM with REBUILD if you’d like to know more. ❤️ by @cinderelladegroot
There’s something about reaching your 40s that changes the way you see life. Not because you suddenly have everything figured out, but because you’ve lived enough to realize that you don’t have to. You’ve loved, lost, started over, made mistakes, trusted the wrong people, questioned yourself, and perhaps spent years trying to live up to expectations that were never really yours. And somewhere along the way, something shifts. You become less interested in proving yourself and more interested in being yourself. You realize that starting over isn’t failure. Changing your mind isn’t weakness. And choosing a different life doesn’t mean the one you lived before was a mistake. You can be grateful for everything that brought you here and still want something different. At 44, I’m not interested in having all the answers. I’m interested in living a life that feels like mine. One with freedom, meaningful connections, laughter, love, adventure, and room to keep growing. And if that means rewriting a few rules along the way, so be it. The most beautiful thing about getting older isn’t knowing exactly who you are. It’s realizing you have the freedom to keep becoming. ❤️ by @cinderelladegroot
Fear doesn’t always mean you’re on the wrong path. Sometimes it simply means you’re stepping into something unfamiliar. I’ve made choices that didn’t make sense to everyone. I’ve started over, let go of what I thought my life would look like, and walked into the unknown more times than I can count. And yes, I’ve been scared. But I’ve learned that staying somewhere simply because it feels familiar can come at a greater cost than taking the risk to change. We don’t always need to know how everything will unfold. Sometimes we just need enough trust in ourselves to take the next step. Because the life we truly want often asks us to move beyond the one we’ve grown comfortable with. I’d rather explore what’s possible than spend my life wondering what could have been. If you’re standing at a crossroads in your own life, I’d love to connect. Through The (Re)Build Program and my private immersions in Hawaiʻi, I support people who are ready to reconnect with themselves, find clarity, and create meaningful change. ✨ Book a free connection call with me. Let’s explore where you are, what you’re longing for, and what might support your next chapter. 🔗 Link in bio. by @cinderelladegroot
A little glimpse into my dance world. 💃❤️ Outside of the work I do, one of my greatest loves is social dancing. Salsa, bachata, zouk… give me good music and a dance floor, and I’m happy. I’ve spent many years dancing and teaching different styles, and although Bachata is no longer something I regularly offer, every now and then I make an exception. Like these private Bachata Lady Styling sessions, where we explored new movement vocabulary, footwork, feminine expression, and a little extra attitude. 🔥 There’s something beautiful about watching a woman discover new ways to move, play, and express herself. And honestly, sometimes I just love teaching dance for the pure joy of it. ❤️ by @cinderelladegroot

She didn’t become stronger because life was easy. She became stronger because giving up on herself was never an option. But here’s what I’ve learned… Surviving is one thing. Learning how to truly LIVE again is another. At some point, you get tired of being the strong one. Tired of repeating the same patterns. Tired of holding everything together while quietly wondering, When do I get to feel free? That’s where the real (re)building begins. Not by becoming someone new, but by reconnecting with who you are beneath the survival patterns, expectations, and stories you’ve carried for years. The (Re)Build Program is for the woman who’s ready to stop just getting through life and start consciously creating one that feels like hers. ✨ At your own pace, through the online program ✨ Together, with the support of a group ✨ Privately, with personalized 1:1 guidance Different paths. Same intention. Coming home to yourself, with the tools to create lasting change. You don’t have to wait until everything falls apart to choose yourself. 💌 DM me REBUILD to set up a chat with me. by @cinderelladegroot
Sound you can feel, not just hear. ✨ From a spiritual perspective, tuning forks are used to work with the body’s energy centres and meridian pathways—with the intention of clearing stagnant energy, balancing the chakras, and inviting a deeper sense of harmony. In my one-on-one Energy Alignment Sessions, I weave their vibration together with breath, sound, and intuitive energy work. My intention is to support grounding, energetic clearing, and connection with your own inner wisdom. Here’s @bemagicwithelli exploring the @shopcentered tuning forks. You can also bring them into your own meditation or grounding ritual, following the maker’s guidance. Explore the tuning forks through the link in my bio. 🤍 by @cinderelladegroot
Sometimes rebuilding your life doesn’t mean tearing everything down - sometimes it does 😅 Sometimes it means letting go of the expectations. The people-pleasing. The constant overthinking. The old stories about who you’re supposed to be. And sometimes, it’s not your life that needs to change. It’s how you feel within it. More peace. More clarity. More freedom to be yourself. Because the goal was never to have a perfect life. It was to create one that actually feels good to live. One where you trust yourself, follow your own inner compass, and feel free to be who you truly are. A little courage, a little surrender, and a whole lot of possibility. ✨ That’s the heart of (RE)BUILD. Blending psychology, neuroscience, breath, movement, sound, and conscious reflection to help you understand yourself more deeply and create meaningful change from within. Whether you’re ready for a whole new chapter or simply want to feel more like yourself again. ❤️ Change how you feel. Change how you live. Start from within. 🪄Curious? Explore the full program and live immersion through the link in my bio, or book a free CLARITY CALL ☎️ so we can connect and see if it’s the right fit. Send this to someone who’s ready for a little more freedom in their life. 🤍 by @cinderelladegroot
