15 weeks and 21 lbs later!It's easy to look at these two photos and only see a physical transformation. But what you don't see are the early mornings, the tough workouts, the meals that had to be eaten, the posing practice, the sacrifices, and the countless moments where I had to choose discipline over comfort.Bikini is a sport that demands patience, consistency, and the willingness to trust the process—even when progress feels slow.These 15 weeks have challenged me physically, but they've changed me even more mentally. Every rep, every step, every pose has brought me closer to the athlete I want to become.I'm proud of how far I've come, but I know this is only the beginning. There is still work to do, improvements to make, and a stage waiting for me.I want to say thank you to my coach/husband @siahhansen for believing in me, pushing me beyond what I thought I was capable of, and guiding me every step of the way.
