APPLYING MORE PRESSURE. Seeing everyone this weekend at USAS has me gassed up!

DROPPED ANOTHER 1.5 lbs this week. Sitting 190.7lbs. Last week we dropped like 90 grams of carbs on my low days and pulled down like 140 grams of carbs on training days. I FELT THAT. Hard.

Flowing with the men’s physique posing 🔪 Hammer was dropped today. Food dropped to the lowest I’ve ever had it in the last 3 years. Time to get that back dug out like the front pose and reel in that look and detail we need. Stay tuned big drops about to happen fast!

I’m hungry for the dub though and won’t stop until we at that finish line delivering a pro worthy look 🏁

ON DEMON MODE 😈 4 & 6.5 weeks out 🔒 already beat my last look! Time to apply more pressure to harden up this physique and really push it over the top.

Sitting 192 lbs this morning. 1.7lbs drop from last week’s check-ins!
