👀 … I thought I was seeing something and spotted this beneficial insect around the luffa area… the praying mantis. They can help with pests control. They eat caterpillars, grasshoppers, crickets, flies, and beetles. 👀 Did I disturb this praying mantis?? #urbanfarming #prayingmanthis by @citadellegreenmountain

We used our Lemon Balm to make this Coconut handmade soap. We used Lemon essential oil in this bar. Lemon Balm offers anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and has astringent properties. It soothes skin flare-ups and fights cold sores! #neptunesoaps #lemonbalm #lemonbalmtea #urbanfarming #lemonessentialoil by @citadellegreenmountain

This month's member mingle is just around the corner. Come by anytime on Saturday, Sept 19th between 10am - noon to meet other owners, enjoy tastings, grab a coffee &/or shop!

You're gonna fall in LOVE with @goodrootgroveco (all over again) and taste the stark difference of locally grown tomatoes from @citadellegreenmountain vs store-bought. And if you're looking to stock up on snacks, we have a new product tasting from @popdaddysnacks. It's gonna be a fun time!

Bonus: If you stay longer or swing by in the afternoon, you'll have first dibs on a new harvest from Citadelle Green Mtn.

This is a fun, casual opportunity; not a formal meeting. Pop in when you can.

Hope to see you here! 🧡☕🥕✨

Growing some okra this season!! Okra is a rich source of vitamins, minerals, and fiber. It helps support digestion, heart health, and blood sugar regulation. The gel-like substance is called mucilage, and it acts as a prebiotic to support a healthy micro biome. The flowers 🌺 are gorgeous. #urbanfarming #healtyfood #okra by @citadellegreenmountain
