What a wonderful day out in the Grössjön nature reserve. We packed our bags with food and drinks and hiked to the lake. We enjoyed the sun and each other’s company. taken in Grössjöns Naturreservat by @cjradstrom

Love this bike! A Scott Speedster Gravel 20. It’s both comfortable and feels fast. The only thing a would change is the drivetrain and to simply I want a one by. And maybe get a pair of road wheels when I want to ride tarmac. But out of the box this is a great bike! taken in Umeå, Sweden by @cjradstrom

Had planned a workout with hill repeats but didn’t feel that great after work. So I did a short route with some spontaneous intervals instead. Felt strong despite the initial feeling and finished just as the rain started 😅 taken in Umeå, Sweden by @cjradstrom

Today we had to visit the veterinary. Harry has some problems with his back legs and tail. Got a prescription of muscle relaxers to see if he gets better. It’s hard breaking to hear Harry crying during the drive back and forth to the vet. Keeping our fingers crossed that he gets better! taken in Djurkliniken i Umeå by @cjradstrom

Had planned to join Flanellfredag @gravel_helg_umea this morning but felt I needed a little more sleep. Went out by myself and went on parts of the same route the group did in the morning.

Happy midsummer! 🌼😎 taken in Umeå, Sweden by @cjradstrom

Run streak day #35. I really didn’t want to run this evening! I was so close to end calling it off. I’m struggling to keep my spirit and enthusiasm up to continue my streak right now. But remembering the feeling when I’m finished motivated me to finally get out.

It felt awful during the run but the AI summery by @Strava made me feel better - “Nice work keeping the streak alive-you ran faster than usual while staying steady in your comfort zone, maintaining your routine perfectly.” taken in Grisbacka I Umeå by @cjradstrom
