What a wonderful day out in the Grössjön nature reserve. We packed our bags with food and drinks and hiked to the lake. We enjoyed the sun and each other’s company.

Today we had to visit the veterinary. Harry has some problems with his back legs and tail. Got a prescription of muscle relaxers to see if he gets better. It’s hard breaking to hear Harry crying during the drive back and forth to the vet. Keeping our fingers crossed that he gets better!

Run streak day #20. Went out despite the rain. But it’s lovely to run in the rain.
My legs is feeling just fine after yesterday’s race. I’m feeling more inspired to attend to more races this year.

Todays run was amazing! Light rain, birds singing and my body felt great. I ran the whole 5km and stopped a quick moment to make this video.
I’m a big guy with my 93 kilos and my hips and knees are hurting. Until today at least. I’m slowly losing weight and it’s getting easier and easier to run.

Run streak #6. Today’s run was really hard. Lots of stuff to process and on top of that low on energy 🙄
But six days in a row! 😊
