When you don’t feel motivated, let discipline take you through 💪🏾

Ever since my ruptured achilles, belt squatting became my standard squat variation & it hasn’t changed since! I love it & heres why:
- I get little to no fatigue in my upper body
- My legs become the limiting factor rather than my core
- & it’s super easy to squat really heavy whilst staying safe with my 3 year old in the gym with me 💪🏾

I can’t lie it’s been refreshing to be in a totally different country to escape the norm, but one constant with me is that wherever I am, I’ll always want to train. I feel most at peace when I’m in a gym, and as much as I miss my own space, it was great to find a quiet hotel gym all to myself equipped with a cable machine & some dumbbells and bench. The weight may not have been heavy enough for certain things but we had some top tier sessions! 👌🏾💪🏾🙏🏾

MY 3 MOST USED CABLE ATTACHMENTS
…
Kaz handles:
I’ve spoken a lot about these over the years and they still continue to be my favourite handle for pushing movements and bicep movements by far! They fit the hand so well, feel great and look great.

Rot8 handles:
Again an amazing ergonomic handle but this time for pulling movements, it feels so comfortable with the palm support and enables the wrist to sit comfortably.

Ankle Straps:
There’s not much to say here other than every single home gym needs solid ankle straps, they’re amazing for just about every movement 😅
…
If you have any questions about the attachments or wanna share some of your own feel free to reach out, I’m somewhat of a cable connoisseur, I love this stuff!

If you’re after a comfortable XL tricep strap then check out this one from @manueklear_official
It has 3 different lengths to choose from, feels great on the hands and even better on the triceps. I picked it up on Amazon on sale, plus they have a bunch of colours to choose from to match your gym aesthetic 💪🏾
