Please join me from 5pm to 8pm on September 19 for a one night only art show @nidumgallery. My new glass art collection “Interwoven” will be on exhibit along with “Among Rabbits”, a collection of fabulous oil paintings by @artbycason.

Interwoven features a dozen “glass baskets” in coastal colors along with intricately designed statement pieces in the same palette. These compositions explore pattern through a weave of contrasting colors and shapes in rhythmic designs to evoke a sense of curiosity and movement. by @cjyummies

An appetizing dish for appetizers is the perfect accessory for a *civilized happy hour. Aren’t they yummy?

*”Civilized happy hour” (coined by my mom) must include a glass of wine paired with assorted cheese wedges and cracker friends. Most importantly, the happy hour consumables must be presented in the most appropriate vessels along with fun cocktail napkins, of course. Cheers!🥂

Meet Glassical Music II. Putting together a fused glass piece like this one is pure joy! She is a bold 13” kiln formed glass platter who will help anchor my new Yummies Collection of tableware and decor. Look for a late summer debut in a collaborative exhibit with @artbycason. by @cjyummies

Happy 4th of July! 🇺🇸

Meet Rhythm and Blues! She’ll be featured in my new collection to be released in September. Stay tuned for sneaky peaks in my stories of her friends as I see each for the first time after JoJo (my glass kiln) works her magic.

It’s just a little touch of what I’ll have on exhibit September 19 from 5 to 8pm @nidumgallery. This art show is one night only! My glass art on exhibit is a new collection entitled “Interwoven.” There will decorative glass baskets, small and large statement pieces. All individually hand-crafted from kiln formed glass.

I’m thrilled to exhibit alongside “Among Rabbits” by @artbycason. Sharing space with my talented daughter and her whimsical oil portraits is such a treat! taken in Charleston, South Carolina by @cjyummies

✨ ONE NIGHT ONLY ✨
Join us Saturday, September 19th from 5–8 PM for a special evening featuring the work of mother-and-daughter duo @cjyummies @artbycason
*INTERWOVEN* by Cathy Jenkins brings the luminous beauty of kiln-formed glass to life through layers of color, texture, and form. Inspired by woven glass “baskets,” the collection explores rhythm, movement, and connection through a rich coastal palette.
*AMONG RABBITS* by Cason Jenkins explores painting through observation and intuition. With bold shapes, layered color, and expressive brushwork, her oil paintings transform the familiar rabbit into something playful, curious, and unexpected.
Two artists. Two mediums. One family.
Come experience their collections together for ONE NIGHT ONLY @nidumgallery , with food, drinks, and music to enjoy throughout the evening.
