A magical stay at the beautiful Gran Hotel Miramar, a historic gem in Málaga.
Historic beauty with modern luxury, warm service, and the perfect end to our family holiday with a little “us time.”
It honestly felt too short with so much left to discover, so we’ll definitely be back.
A highlight was the Sökai Sushi Bar, serving some of the best sushi we’ve ever had, in such a special setting on the rooftop.
A truly memorable place to stay.

Happy Birthday 🎂 to my amazing husband! These old (well, not too old) 🤣, but favourite wakeboarding shots reminds me how we ride life’s waves together. Today we celebrate you and our journey, filled with deep love, adventure, compassion, and laughter. ❤️

When people ask what I do, it’s never a simple answer — I’m lucky enough to wear many different hats. Today, one of them took me from celebrating a dear friend’s amazing achievement, to planning a talk about why time has a deadline, to ending up at one of Copenhagen’s most beautiful spots, Gorrissen Federspiel, for a British Chamber of Commerce meeting with some truly brilliant minds.

Kento is what I call my “furry child.” I have my three children and then there’s Kento. Anyone who has ever loved a dog will know exactly what I mean. 🐕😇❤️
So of course, I couldn’t say no to being part of this incredibly fun new DANISH podcast, @hundopolet hosted by the wonderful @lissenmarschall alongside fellow guests Dennis Ritter and Karen-Marie Lillelund. @ritterinsta @karenmarielillelund
Dogs truly are our very best friends. The love, loyalty, and joy they bring into our lives is something quite extraordinary. Kento is not only a constant source of happiness for me ❤️but for everyone he meets and for our entire family.
It’s a deep privilege to have this incredible furry bundle of love in my life. Dogs really are truly magical creatures! 🐕❤️ Enjoy the podcast and follow @hundopolet where in the bio there is a link to all episodes.

Being on the Board of the British Chamber of Commerce is never dull! It’s such a privilege to work alongside visionary leaders driving impact where it matters.
Today’s breakfast meeting with our UK Ambassador Joëlle Jenny was all about the key topics shaping UK–DK trade and how we can better support businesses on both sides. Always inspiring conversations and real action.
Many businesses don’t realise how much value Chamber membership can bring. It’s not just about new connections, but opportunities that can truly be life-changing. And in times like these, that kind of collaboration and momentum has never been more crucial. Check out BCCD.DK
