I genuinely am the luckiest photographer to have clients with such hearts of gold and filled to the brim with unconditional love. Their lifestyle of generosity and kindness overflowed onto their guests; loved ones were treated to the celebration of the season, wined and dined, and entertained into the wee hours of the night. Nate and Jack practically walked on air on their wedding day- which was well deserved and the GOAL after all of their dreaming and scheming for months about how to make this this a memorable and spectacular day for their guests and one another. Their love radiated as brightly as the glorious sunshine we were so lucky to have and I’m over the moon happy for these two! Congrats to this handsome couple! #HappyPride #Pride2024
FOR PHOTOGRAPHERS: to capture “cloud” first dances, back light the cloud from the back corner to give it a nice glow. Skip too much fill flash/on camera flash as this will flatten your image and take away the dimension of the fog. Instead, use an off-camera flash (I used a diffuser on mine) from 45°-90° off camera to help create those shadows and add more dimension.

A cake designed to be every bit as dramatic as its surroundings.

This beauty took center stage at the historic Midland Theater and met its match in old-world elegance with intricate piping, sculpted cherubs and ornate details.

And because the drama shouldn’t stop at the tiers, red velvet was revealed at first slice!
