YOU NEED TO TRY THESE SUPER CHEESY K-DOGS IN LEEDS 🌭👌

When we heard @clapping_seoul had brought their cheese filled Korean corn dogs to @trinity_kitch, we ran down to pay them a visit! There’s three on the menu, and we tried two…

Starting off with our favourite the All Cheese Clapping Corn Dog. It’s basically like a giant mozzarella dipper that’s deep fried in a crispy doughnut-like batter! We already want to go back for another…🤤

We also tried the Half & Half Clapping Corn Dog which is the best of both worlds. One half is mozzarella cheese and the other is chicken sausage! If you can’t decide what to get, this one’s for you.

You can also get an OG corn dog – a full chicken sausage deep fried in crispy batter.

📍Clapping Seoul - Alfred Works

Made my way to Alfred Works in Digbeth and decided to try Clapping Seoul.

I went for the corn dog and the fried chicken meal with chips and dumplings. Everything was fresh, full of flavour, and the portions were decent. The fried chicken was really crispy, and the corn dog didn’t disappoint either.

The service was great too. The guy serving was really friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better.

If you’re at Alfred Works and fancy Korean food, I’d definitely recommend giving Clapping Seoul a try.

Our mission is to create a new corn dog. Instead of using panko, we used instant noodles to make it extra crunchy and unique.
