Thank you, 2025 🌟
For the lessons, experiences, realizations, connections, joys, and heartaches.

I’m proud of what I learned and contributed at work this year. I fell in love. Completed a meditation teacher training and traveled to India with my teacher. Started CrossFit. Traveled to four states and five countries. Learned where my boundaries are and how to hold them.

I said goodbye to an animal I loved with my whole heart and to a person I cared for deeply. Practiced yoga, taught yoga. Healed, expanded, stayed sober. I made new soul connections, leaned on my support system, and showed up for the people I love. I learned to love myself a little more.

I’m proud of who I was this year, and even more proud to say I genuinely like who I am becoming. Closing this chapter with gratitude and an open heart 🤍

Ancient stones, deep roots, and so many untold stories. The Palenque Mayan ruins are even more incredible after learning that about 95% of this site is still unexcavated. That hill behind the pyramids is likely another pyramid, completely reclaimed by the jungle 😳 taken in Palenque, Chiapas, Mexico by @clare.mudra

The sun hasn’t set yet on 2025. We have seventeen more sunsets, seventeen more opportunities to affirm that this was the year we showed up with intention.

Consider this your invitation to slow down, tune in, and move with purpose in these final days. To honor what this year has asked of you, and to admire the foundation it has laid for 2026.

I’ll be teaching my last classes of the year this Friday ✨ A few more chances to move consciously, breathe deeply, and be in the warmth of community 🌿 Can’t wait to see you on your mat!

Sending love to the woman I was six months ago - and to the one I’ll be six months from now. Grateful for her inner strength, softness, discipline, and drive 💫

What a privilege and an honor to retreat with @jeanneheilemanyoga. Jeanne is such a special teacher—loving, generous, kind… and just the right amount of Mean Jeanne when you need it! 💪🧘🏻‍♀️ This trip was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Thank you, Jeanne, for the inspiration, the challenge, and the deep care you bring to your students 🧡🤍💚 taken in Ladakh, India by @clare.mudra

Still riding the high from a super fun weekend of backpacking, hiking, yoga, meditation, and so much delicious vegan food. Grateful for the magic of the mountains and the beautiful souls who shared the experience ✨
