✨Arkansas Tech Ed Rising Conference! ✨

What an amazing opportunity to grow as future educators and leaders! We spent the day learning valuable leadership skills and techniques to bring back to our future classrooms and were reminded of the impact we can make in the lives of our future students. 🫶🏼

We gained meaningful insight into the importance of nurturing our students’ potential, investing in their growth, protecting our passion for education, and remembering our teacher why. We were reminded that we have the power to shape the kind of teachers we want to become, and every moment is an opportunity to make a lasting difference! 🌱📝

We were also grateful to hear from the Arkansas Teacher of the Year and other Arkansas Tech faculty members who shared their wisdom, encouragement, and passion for education. 🍏✨

We left feeling inspired, motivated, and ready to take on the future of education with one important question in mind: How are WE going to start making waves in education? 🌊
