Throughout all the hardships I went through I still count myself lucky. My experiences though hard and at times have made me the person I am today proud of things I've done.

Without those hardships I would not be working in a job that has given me meaning @therunningcharity

Without those experiences I would not be on a board of @sftslondon

Not a bad few months, few weeks in the mountains might have reduced running fitness but gained a lot of fun and love for the outdoors.
