Mackyard ULTRA 24 - 2026 Big thank you to the legends at @mackyardevents for having us to the awesome 24 hour backyard event on Saturday night! What an incredible event with such awesome vibes. Amazing to put some of the boys to the test and hit 100km for the first time for some of these legends! Shoutout @elyzabethmarsh @steve_kjar for crewing the entire event and keeping spirits so high throughout the night - we couldnโ€™t have done it without you! Weโ€™ll be back for another attempt and to enjoy the amazing vibes and support! #backyardultra #100km #allnightlong

What a weekend! Iโ€™m stilling buzzing from the MACKYARD ULTRA LONDON 24. I was there supporting the amazing runners from @therunningcharity. The format is simple - Competitors will run a 4.2 mile (6.7 kilometre) route or โ€˜yardโ€™, on the hour, every hour. Each yard starts exactly on the hour. Competitors have 60 minutes to complete each yard and cannot start a yard early or finish late. Throughout the day and night and into the next morning these guys smashed it. Supporters were allowed to run the first four yards so I got a few miles in with the guys. Libby and I kept them fed and watered and literally kicked them out the door to get them back to the start line on time. I am proud, beyond words, of each and every one of them. These very fast guys turned into strong ultra marathon runners right before our eyes. Iโ€™ve been supporting The Running Charity for several years and have seen the amazing work they do first hand. This weekend was just one of many examples. All of my crazy races are done to support their work. My next big one is the @ultraxco 100 mile race in Scotland in May with quite a few other races planned in the build up to the long one. If you want to donate or learn more about the charity, thereโ€™s a link in my profile or drop me a message.

13.1 miles and a lot to celebrate. Every medal has been hard earned by these incredible young people, over months of training despite a world of difficulties they individually faced. Congratulations to the brilliant young people, coaches and volunteers who make this run such a special day for the charity. #youthhomelessness #mentalhealth #youngpeoplematter #thebighalf #bighalf2026

24 hours. 3 countries. 3 peaks When the opportunity arises to round up the troops for a 24 hour gobble up the UK 3 peaks there is only 1 sensible move. Send prayers for clear skies + sunshine and GET STUCK IN. Proud to team up with @hardestestadventures & @therunningcharity for this one. The UK scenery is majorly slept on. World class views. 10/10 would recommend.
