Part two of last week's post 👀

In our regular check-in, my ADHD coach @edtaylorcoaching asked a simple question: "What are your wins this year?"
Blank. Total blank.

Not because there weren't any, but because my brain files achievements under "already done, next."

So here they are, written down where I can't forget them.

(Bonus win I almost forgot: we went from weekly sessions to every two weeks. Point proven.)

If you're neurodivergent and always feel behind: you've probably come further than your brain lets you see.

One hour of team meeting, in French, summarized 100% on-device.

The summary: "what".

I spent a few weeks with Oats, the open-source AI notetaker. The transcription is impressive for a laptop with no network. The gap is between the transcript and the summary, and I've built this kind of pipeline before, so I have opinions.

I started lifting to clear my head. Not for a goal, not for a transformation.
5 months, 65 sessions and a few PRs later, it's become my decompression chamber. Here's the why, and the how. 🐻

Some people know how to see you better than you see yourself.

@pipipi.t pointed his lens at me and for the first time, I didn't just think "not bad." I thought I looked beautiful. Like, actually. The kind where you'd want to walk up and flirt with yourself.

Weird to write that down. But it's true. And it felt really good.

(Has that ever happened to you? Someone showed you a version of yourself you didn't know was there?

Flowers shouldn't be an apology. They should be a Tuesday. A random Thursday morning. Just because they're beautiful, and that's reason enough.

I keep them on the windowsill, next to my desk, and I watch them. The colors shift with the light, the textures tell you something's alive. Sometimes a quiet scent drifts across the room unannounced.

Flowers don't fix anything. But they make the everyday more beautiful — and that's already everything. 🌸

Happy Monday everyone ✨

I know Monday isn't everybody's cup of tea, for some it's a sign of yet another week in that hellscape of our reality but for me it always has been a reset opportunity. So, ik that spirit, I wish you a great week. May it be kinder and more magical than the previous ones.

🌊💦🛟 Enjoying some fresh water during the weekend. Meeting a lot of new people. BBQ. Playing RO games. My social battery after that is completely drained🪫 but I'm grateful for the day.

KNOW YOUR STATUS - GET TESTED.

Every 3 months if you're on #PreP or have multiple partners, it's recommended to get screened for #STDs.

Did you know it's recommended, in many countries, to check also chlamydia and gonocoque with throat swab and butt swab? Because it's mostly asymptomatic and not only localized on your 🍆 when you're having sex with other mens. Talk with your GP about it 😊

How frequently are you getting tested ?

And the very last photo dump of my summer trip : the @musee_aeroscopia (the spectrum is spectruming here) with 2 Concordes 😍 and many others @airbus and @airbus_defence pieces. When you're going there, you're taking the "milky way" 🌌 and I think its beautiful ✨.

Coming back home, I got the prettiest bouquet 💐.

Now back to my day to day, work, gym and soon apartment hunting in Luxembourg. May the odds be in my favor.

What a better way to starts the day than having a nice dip in the hot tub? ♨️

Second day in 🇫🇷 Toulouse Area and I went exploring a bit the city. Museum, cute spots, markets and little gems 💎 to get some food like @prima.family.

Last leg of my summer trip : 🇫🇷 Toulouse and his surrounding. Spending some quality slow time with my family. Enjoying nature. Eating a lot of delicious food. Great way to end the holidays.
