POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Part two of last week's post 👀

In our regular check-in, my ADHD coach @edtaylorcoaching asked a simple question: "What are your wins this year?"
Blank. Total blank.

Not because there weren't any, but because my brain files achievements under "already done, next."

So here they are, written down where I can't forget them.

(Bonus win I almost forgot: we went from weekly sessions to every two weeks. Point proven.)

If you're neurodivergent and always feel behind: you've probably come further than your brain lets you see.

I started lifting to clear my head. Not for a goal, not for a transformation.
5 months, 65 sessions and a few PRs later, it's become my decompression chamber. Here's the why, and the how. 🐻

Some people know how to see you better than you see yourself.

@pipipi.t pointed his lens at me and for the first time, I didn't just think "not bad." I thought I looked beautiful. Like, actually. The kind where you'd want to walk up and flirt with yourself.

Weird to write that down. But it's true. And it felt really good.

(Has that ever happened to you? Someone showed you a version of yourself you didn't know was there?

Happy Monday everyone ✨

I know Monday isn't everybody's cup of tea, for some it's a sign of yet another week in that hellscape of our reality but for me it always has been a reset opportunity. So, ik that spirit, I wish you a great week. May it be kinder and more magical than the previous ones.

KNOW YOUR STATUS - GET TESTED.

Every 3 months if you're on #PreP or have multiple partners, it's recommended to get screened for #STDs.

Did you know it's recommended, in many countries, to check also chlamydia and gonocoque with throat swab and butt swab? Because it's mostly asymptomatic and not only localized on your 🍆 when you're having sex with other mens. Talk with your GP about it 😊

How frequently are you getting tested ?

🇮🇹 Milano, day 3/4 : architecture. A big part of the trip was to see the monuments and the architecture of the city. Here's a few shots of them.

I enjoyed a stop at my favorite café in town: Arket coffee, with their decent matcha and amazing limonade, and the very kind staff.

Next stop: the Cathedral

🇮🇹 Milano, day 3. Castello Sforzesco + Parco Sempione.

The heat was CRUCHING but the square was throwing a lot of shade 💁🏻‍♂️so overall it was nice. Museum is just 5€ and the garden + surrounding are free. I didn't want to spend the day in the museum (and it was a bit crowded) but if I come back that's worth doing. Maybe a combo with the last supper (which I didn't get a ticket for. Sad boy hours)

🇮🇹 Cómo, day 2. Rented a private boat to enjoy the lake, thanks to @revolut experiences. It was the first time on a boat ⛵ for @_theylove_d_ but it seems he'd like it. Saw a bunch of villas and enjoyed the #goldenhour.

My first intention was to take the ferry, and the website of the public transport of the lakes said you can tap to pay on the boat. Unfortunately that was not available in the reality. People prefer to sell the tickets at the booths and you need to be really early to get your timed ticket for the day. So, renting a private boat was the only option. Which ended up being only 90€ and I paid half with my points. #bargain

🇮🇹 Cômo, Italy. Day 2. Entire day enjoying the proximity of the lake. Taking the Funicular to the top of the hill felt a little bit like being in a Wes Anderson movie. In the evening, I stopped by a terrace garden to chill before taking the train back to Milan.
