Iโ€™ve been in this industry for 14 years.

Long enough to know that I donโ€™t look at this like a hobby anymore. I consider myself a professional.

Iโ€™ve learned how to build, how to lead, how to sell, how to support customers, how to navigate hard seasons, and how to keep growing without becoming someone Iโ€™m not.

And somewhere along the way, I found a niche in clean beauty that genuinely lights me up.

I love the education.
I love the ingredients.
I love the science.
I love helping women understand what theyโ€™re putting on their skin and why it matters.

So when I say this business matters to me, I mean it.

Itโ€™s my livelihood. Itโ€™s a career Iโ€™ve spent 14 years building. And I take a lot of pride in doing it well.

And if thereโ€™s one thing I hope women take from watching me do this, itโ€™s that youโ€™re allowed to take yourself seriously.

Even if it started small.
Even if other people donโ€™t fully get it yet.
Even if youโ€™re still figuring it out as you go.

You donโ€™t have to minimize what youโ€™re building just to make other people comfortable.

Itโ€™s 2026. There are a lot of ways to build a real career now. Treat it like a business and thatโ€™s exactly what it will become. ๐Ÿ˜˜ by @cleanbeautytribe

Time for a new profile pic and a quick intro for my new friends on the gram.

I'm Nicole! A half glass full, super ambitious, extroverted introvert that loves empowering women to believe in the power they have within themselves . I'm always down for a good time and love meeting new people- as long as it's not after 9pm ๐Ÿ˜…. I'm an early riser and obviously not a night owl, I loooveee the beauty industry and I've been in it for 25 years, but passionate about reducing the toxic overload the world of beauty brings. I'm a community builder and network connector by nature, I love being a resource and have always been known for that in my circle.

My friends think I'm the ultimate consumer and they're not wrong. But I'll tell you what I love and what I don't! I recently found @olivedaofficial and it was love at first sight. My world has changed drastically since finding it. That's for another post ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ. I love Pilates, reading, sunshine, overalls (especially from @freepeople) and my sleep. I'm not a fan of negative Nellie's, loud chewers and the beaks on birds (weird phobia I know).

My family is my world and I've recently learned why golden retriever owners are obessed with their dogs, I get it now!!

Thanks for following along my journey as I navigate my late 40s, being a mom to teens, entrepreneurship and the crazy, beautiful chaos it all brings. Let me know if we have anything in common! taken in San Diego, California by @cleanbeautytribe

This is for all skin types, especially if your skin has been looking dry, dull, tired, flat, or like it just needs life again. You know when your skin is technically fine, but it does not look fresh? Or when your makeup is sitting weird, your face looks a little blah, and you just want that more rested, healthy-looking finish? This is that product.

I would not call this โ€œjust a moisturizer.โ€ To me, Skin Perfection is the upgrade to your skincare routine. Your moisturizer gives the hydration and comfort, and this goes on top as that finishing cream that helps your skin look smoother, softer, and more refined. It has ceramides to support the skin barrier, which is part of why it feels so good over your cream instead of just sitting there.

And the best part is how versatile it is. Use it over moisturizer, tap it onto dry areas that need extra love, use it where your skin looks dull or textured, and yes, you can even use it on your lips when they need that soft, nourished feel. It is one of those all-the-things products that makes your skin look more alive without needing to overthink your whole routine.

Skin Perfection will be one of the products available Monday, October 19 when the site goes live for customers. Comment below to get on my waitlist and receive a $25 off coupon code for your first order. by @cleanbeautytribe

Peptides are short chains of amino acids, the same building blocks that make up collagen and elastin. In skincare, they work as messengers. Many are designed to mimic the signals your skin naturally sends when it needs to renew, which is why theyโ€™re often called the โ€œcommunicatorsโ€ of skincare.

So why are they everywhere right now?

Our collagen declines with age. Production slows steadily through adulthood, and research shows women can lose around 30 percent of their skinโ€™s collagen in the first five years after menopause. Peptides support the look of firmness and elasticity during exactly the years we notice that change most.

Theyโ€™re targeted. Each peptide type has a specific job. Some support firmness, some soften the look of expression lines, some deliver minerals like copper for renewal, and some help protect the collagen you already have. That precision lets a formula address several concerns at once.

Theyโ€™re gentle. Peptides are generally well tolerated, so they fit into routines where stronger actives like retinoids or acids can feel like too much.

They play well with others. Peptides layer easily with hydrators, antioxidants, and barrier support ingredients, so they strengthen a routine without complicating it.

The key is knowing which peptides a product contains and what each one is there to do. โ€œWith peptidesโ€ on a label tells you very little. The ingredient list tells you everything.

Save this, and next time you pick up a serum, flip it over and look for names ending in โ€œpeptide.โ€ Message me if you want help reading your labels. by @cleanbeautytribe

I am genuinely so excited about these two products. I really think the Skin Perfecting Cream and Overnight Retinal Treatment are going to be huge for women in my age group who want their skin to look more plump, smooth, fresh, and alive without overcomplicating their routine.

These are the two Iโ€™d be watching if your skin has started feeling drier, duller, more textured, or just a little different after 40. The freshness, the potency, and the way they support mature skin makes this duo feel so special.

Most people are more comfortable recognizing value once it is already obvious. Once the name is everywhere. Once the market is crowded. Once other people have already validated the decision for them. I understand that, because obvious feels safer. But experience has taught me that some of the strongest decisions come from being able to recognize substance before everyone else is talking about it.

That is the part I keep coming back to. The value is not just that this is early in the U.S. The value is that it is early here while the foundation is already mature. The innovation, the standards, the concept, the science, the infrastructure , and the philosophy are not being invented as they go. They are already in motion.

That is what makes this worth looking at: the chance to help grow something early in the U.S. that is not just selling a product, but bringing in a completely different standard for how beauty and wellness products can be made, protected, shipped, and experienced.

โ€œYouโ€™ve changed companies again?โ€

My checklist was deep. With everything I had built and the people who trusted me, it needed to be.

But these were the five major questions I had to ask myself:

1. Do I believe in the products, the science, and the innovation enough to confidently recommend them to the people who trust me?
2. Does this company offer the transparency, leadership, and long-term vision I want to build with?
3. Does the business model make sense for customers and offer meaningful potential for the women Iโ€™m inviting into it?
4. Is the timing an opportunity I would regret letting pass?
5. If I were choosing today, knowing everything I know now, is this where I would choose to build?

When all five became full-body yeses, I had to seriously consider making a change.

That didnโ€™t make leaving easy. It made staying something I could no longer do without questioning my own reasons.

I had to give those answers more weight than the fear of someone saying, โ€œAgain?โ€

Hopefully this resonates with someone to worried about change without asking themselves why they need it.

โ€œIโ€™ve had a lot of people ask me a fair question: how can you share a product that isnโ€™t waterless after talking about waterless skincare for the last three years?โ€

And I actually love the question, because it gives me a chance to clarify something Iโ€™ve said from the beginning.

Water was never the villain. The issue was what usually has to happen when water is present in skincare. When a formula contains water and is expected to sit in a warehouse, on a store shelf, or in someoneโ€™s bathroom for years, it usually needs a stronger preservation system to keep it stable and safe. Thatโ€™s why I was drawn to waterless products in the first place. Less water often meant less need for the kind of preservatives I was trying to avoid.

But waterless was one method. It was not the entire philosophy.

Thatโ€™s why this made sense to me.

So the question became less, โ€œIs this waterless?โ€ and more, โ€œHow is this product being kept stable, and what tradeoff is the company making?โ€

And thatโ€™s the part I donโ€™t think people realize: my belief didnโ€™t change. My understanding got more specific.

I still care about what is in the bottle, what is left out, preservation systems, ingredient quality, and whether a brand is building products for performance or just shelf stability. This company simply answers the same concern through a different route: fresh production, short shelf life, high active ingredient focus, and no synthetic preservatives across the line.

And for me, that reason was always cleaner preservation, better formulas, and products made with more intention.

So for me, this doesnโ€™t feel like walking away from what I believed. It feels like building on it. I still care about the same things: quality, thoughtful formulas, fewer unnecessary ingredients, and products that make sense for sensitive skin. Iโ€™ve just learned another way a brand can solve the same concern, and for me, this takes that conversation even further. by @cleanbeautytribe
