Have really stepped up to educating myself about Fermented food ( veggies,Kefir milk for starters). Check out the Body Ecology website. Donna Gates is a trail blazer for creating the best probiotics/prebiotics with food!! Crazy difference a week has made. #naturesprobiotics#guthealthiseverything#mental-clarity#cancerprevention #candidia#celiac#crohns

Sorry. Had to do it! Spring is my favorite time of year like many of us. It’s the renewal magic that captures us. Bringing more organic lemons etc to the shop today.
Load up.

Nothing like a rain washed garden in the morning! And we’ve had our share. Amazing how weeding is the “new job”. Who knew? Be blessed.

Today (Sunday) is the last day to buy a conditioner and get a shampoo for just $12.
So in light of that I want to show you some before and afters.
Results are typical and you, gosh darn it, can emerge from quarantine with some better hair 🙌🏼 Message me if you want me to build you a personalized cart for your hair needs ❤️

FIRST veggie fermentation.! Used Body Ecology culture starter ( loaded with correct probiotics) and EcoBloom prebiotic. After 4 days of eating becomes an addiction. Amazing for leaky gut,IBS, candida etc. After eating 4 days lessons sugar cravings too! Sooo many pluses. Super easy to make. #gut health#leaky gut #IBS#microbiome health#mental clarity

2.5pH is COMPLEMENTARY at our store and completely non-toxic! You can gargle with it... wow. But look at the killing power. Please a bring small spray bottle. Dark glass is best if you have. Working together for prevention. M-F 11:00-5:00

Quarantine got me like. Trying to navigate tik tok is like trying to use a smartphone for the first time. It’s fine. Find me? Follow me? Watch me? Whatever it is @jessicabuwick

Don’t take your community for granted, be the light, check in with your friends, family, coworkers...remind them everything will be OK!
.
Support each other.
Rise each other up.
Give them a roll of TP or two.
.
How you treat others right now will make more of an impact then you know!
