Cleanest pizza spot on Long Island? 👀 Roman-style pies with nothing to hide. No bromate in the flour, sourdough worked into the dough, and 100% seed oil free — they pulled seed oils completely and fry everything in Liquid Gold beef tallow. Specific ingredients imported straight from Italy — to the dough made in house daily, zero corners cut. From the viral cheesesteak (one of the best I’ve ever had) to Roman slices that don’t flop, everything here is fantastic. If you’re going to indulge, this is the spot to do it. Clean comfort food, guilt free. Would you try this?? Save this and send it to someone who needs to try this!!! 📍 @dariospizzali , West Hempstead, NY #fyp #seedoilfree #beeftallow #longislandpizza #longislandfoodies by @cleanbites_mikes
The only raw milk dairy on the North Fork of Long Island? 👀 Ty Llwyd Farm is the North Fork’s only raw milk dairy — 6 generations deep — and this place is the real deal. Got to see the raw milk process myself 🥛 They make about 150 half gallons a day and sell out DAILY, so make sure to call ahead! They’ve also got grass-fed meats and soy-free eggs here too — quality stuff across the board. Most “farm fresh” spots cut corners, this one’s been doing it the real way since 1870. Would you try this?? Save and send this to someone who needs to try this!!! 📍 @ty_llwyd_farm , Riverhead, NY (5793 Sound Ave) #fyp #rawmilk #farmtotable #longislandfoodies #longislandeats by @cleanbites_mikes
The cleanest cafe in NJ? 👀 Gluten free • dairy free • seed oil free. Pasture-raised eggs. Sourdough milled and made in-house. Organic menu, house-made syrups and sauces. Real intention — that’s their standard. Most cafes take a shortcut somewhere. This one doesn’t. Would you eat here?? Save this and share it with someone who needs to try this!!! 📍 @hearthandhoneycafe , Little Falls, NJ Clean Bites Approved ✅ #njcafe #seedoilfree #njeats #fyp #littlefallsnj by @cleanbites_mikes
Flip it over before it goes in your cart 👀 That “20g PROTEIN” up front? Gums, additives, and processed ingredients on the back. @painterlandsisters plain skyr: 21g protein. Ingredients: organic whole milk + cultures.. Real whole foods single ingredients that’s it! Clean swap = better for your health & gains 💪 Be honest… which one were you grabbing? 👇 Save this for your next grocery run and send it to the gym bro who needs a cleaner swap!! The cleanest brunch in NYC? 👀 100% seed oil free, with a farm to table experience with locally sourced ingredients. Grass-fed meat options. Gluten-free pancakes. They fry in Fera fruit oil and cook with butter and extra virgin olive oil. And the duck hash? The only spot in NYC doing it clean. Most brunch spots in the city cook everything in seed oils. This one doesn’t. Would you eat here?? Save this for your next NYC brunch and send this to someone who needs to try this!! 📍 @hudsonclearwater , West Village, NYC Clean Bites Approved ✅ #nycbrunch #seedoilfree #nyceats #westvillage #fyp by @cleanbites_mikes

They drank it straight from the cow and thrived 👀 No factory. No processing. Farmers, soldiers, kids — fresh from the farm, every day. Nobody called it dangerous. Now? Pasteurized. Homogenized. Ultra-processed. Cooked, blasted apart, rebuilt in a factory. They killed the enzymes in it — then sold you “lactose-free” milk. And we got sicker drinking the “safe” version. The milk didn’t change. The system did. THE RUMORS END TODAY 👀 I don't review food. I VERIFY clean spots so you know exactly what you're eating. Here's what I found 👇 ✅ Dough made FRESH daily in house — nothing frozen ✅ Fermented 00 flour — 72 HOUR fermentation ✅ Bromate-free sourdough — light, airy, crispy ✅ EVOO only — on the pizzas AND the dressings ✅ Local, fresh mutz ✅ No seed oils. No processed ingredients. Most pizza spots take a shortcut somewhere. This one doesn't. Would you eat here?? YOU CAN JUST BUY RAW MILK AT THE GROCERY STORE IN CALIFORNIA?! 🥛👀 No farm visit. No special trip. Walked into Sprouts in San Diego and Raw Farm raw milk is just sitting on the shelf next to the regular milk. Cream top. Grass-fed cows. A2/A2. Milk the way it used to be. Back home you can’t do this — New Jersey bans raw milk sales completely and New York only allows it at the farm. California just puts it in the grocery store. Would you drink it if you could buy it like this? 👇 Send this to someone who thinks raw milk is impossible to find — and save it for your next California trip Follow along as I find the cleanest spots in San Diego ✅ #fyp #rawmilk #seedoilfree #sandiego #california by @cleanbites_mikes

Glyphosate-tested buns, third-party verified. Tallow in the fryer. Organic everything and house-made sauces. The list goes on and on. The quality and integrity is there, and you can taste it. Finding the Cleanest Bites: San Diego Episode 3 A plant-filled, organic, seed oil free cafe that doesn’t cut corners. Seed oil free • organic • house-made syrups for the lattes. Sourdough pizza, breakfast burrito, and a seasonal menu with all-day breakfast until 3pm. It’s also a plant store, and the line is out the door. Most cafes take shortcuts in the syrups, cooking oils and more. This one doesn’t. Would you eat here??
