I have a little confession…

I often put ice in my champagne. 🥂😅 Somewhere, a French ancestor is dramatically fainting.

But in the south of France, we actually call it une Piscine = a swimming pool. And suddenly it sounds cool, non? Non!?

As I’m drinking less and less alcohol, adding ice makes it a little lighter. A little fresher. A little more me.

So here’s to doing things your own way! Tchin-tchin!
