Dinnie Stone Lifter #178 “The Dinnie Stones or ‘Dinnie Steens’ have a combined total weight of 332.49kg. The larger stone weighs 188.02kg, and the smaller of the two weighs 144.47kg” I’m incredible proud of this lift it’s been a goal to lift these stones since I first started Strongman and read about the legend of Donald Dinnie. Huge thanks to @nicol.brett & @jamesrosemary3747 for the support and advice on the day. I managed 2 successful lifts and put the wind beneath the stones! Also ticked off the inver stone on route @braemar_highland_games_centre which itself is a brilliant test! “The Inver Stone is arguably one of the most famous lifting stones in the world - rivalled only by the Húsafell stone and the Dinnie stones. ‘265LB’ is carved into its face, which makes it instantly recognisable to those that know its story. Despite its 265lb engraving, the Inver stone actually weighs 118kg (260lbs)” Brilliant day, can’t wait to tick off some more stones in the future! #dinniestones #inverstone #scottishstrength #strongman #donalddinnie by @clewis.strength

Football has Jose’ We have @clewis.strength - THE SPECIAL ONE! The funny thing is he absolutely is not the special one in terms of god given ability. What is special is his consistency, his work ethic, his eye for detail, his determination and dedication. Champions aren’t born, they are made. They are made in freezing cold gyms at 6am doing the hard yards nobody wants to do and doing it with a smile on their face. He owns every title that’s been available for him to win in Natural strongman and he’s just become the back to back reigning 2 x World fucking champion, to add to the European, British and Scottish titles. If you didn’t know the man you’d think it unbelievable but I knew and I believed. Sensational! #inevitable #naturalstrongman #worldchampion by @clewis.strength

I’ve been Team Cerberus from my very first Natural Strongman Worlds and now, heading into my 4th, I’m proud to be going back as the defending Masters World Champion! 🏆 But now, it’s official… I’m a Cerberus Ambassador! 🤝 95% of the kit I’ve used throughout my strongman journey has been Cerberus from the very beginning, and that’s because, in my opinion, it’s the best in the game. I’m incredibly proud to officially represent the brand on the competition floor. Don’t just take my word for it, if you need anything strength training related, give Cerberus a try for yourself. You won’t regret it! 💪 And even better, use LEWIS10 for money off! @cerberus_strength @cerberus_strength_usa #cerberusstrength #teamcerberus by @clewis.strength
