I just stepped over the edge of one of Kelowna’s tallest buildings for the Easter Seals Drop Zone—and what an unforgettable experience.

Standing beside the Mayor of Kelowna, looking down before we began our descent, I definitely felt the nerves. But this was about something much bigger than fear. It was about showing up, challenging ourselves and supporting Easter Seals and the incredible work they do for people with disabilities and their families.

Moments like this remind me that courage isn’t about being fearless—it’s about taking that next step when your heart is pounding because the reason behind it truly matters.

I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who supported me and to the volunteers, organizers and participants who made today possible. I will never forget the view, the adrenaline or the feeling of reaching the ground knowing we had done something meaningful together.

Best part was dancing with the kids after !

Another gym up and ready to go!

Great to get this new fitness space completed for Mission Group here in the Okanagan.

This is the part of the job I love — taking a space, understanding what the client wants to accomplish, and helping turn that vision into a fitness room people will actually be excited to use.

From equipment selection and layout to delivery and installation, it’s pretty satisfying seeing everything come together at the end.

A big thank you to Mission Group for continuing to trust me with your fitness spaces. Always a pleasure working with a great local company and being part of another fantastic project.

On to the next one! #kelownafitness

A new chapter — and I’m pretty fired up about it.

Making the move to Fit22 has given me something I’ve been missing for a while: the ability to really focus on my customers again.

After years of travelling all over the place, it feels pretty damn good to be closer to home, more present, and able to work with people the way I know how.

Fit22 has given me the freedom, support and tools to go after it — and after spending time training on some of our new brands, I’ve honestly been surprised by just how many options I now have at my fingertips.

More brands. More solutions. More flexibility. And most importantly, more ways to help my friends… (cough) customers 😂 bring their vision to life.

Whether that means building a fitness space from the ground up, finding the right equipment for a new facility, or taking an existing space and making it a whole lot better — this is the part of the business I love.

Listen to the vision. Figure out what actually makes sense. Find the right solution. And be there after the equipment hits the floor.

I’m excited about what we’re building at Fit22 — but I’m even more excited about what I can help you build.

If you’ve got a fitness space in mind, let’s talk. @fit22consulting

Celebrating a Classic Fitness Memory 👠🏋🏽‍♀️🏋️
This 60 second memory appeared from eight years ago, and it was simply too wonderful not to share again.
For anyone currently sourcing premium home fitness equipment or looking to outfit a commercial gym space, Clint Pratch is the definitive professional to contact. He possesses an unparalleled depth of knowledge regarding elite fitness technology and design, and looking back over the years, he has consistently proven to be an exceptional partner in the industry.
As this brief video demonstrates, Clint pairs his professional expertise with a remarkably bright, enthusiastic personality and a brilliant sense of humor. Many of us fondly remember his dedicated Workout Wednesday series from a few years back. During a conversation regarding tailored exercises for those who regularly wear high heels, Clint was an incredibly good sport, leading to this memorable moment where we both took part in a brief routine while wearing heels. It remains highly entertaining to look back on!
This unexpected memory brought a delightful smile to my day. Thank you, Clint, for your enduring professionalism and for always bringing such a vibrant energy to the fitness community.
Shall we all vote to bring back Workout Wednesday? Clint always introduces the most innovative ideas for health and wellness, and he remains the premier choice for securing top-tier fitness equipment for your personal or professional space.
