Celebrating a Classic Fitness Memory 👠🏋🏽‍♀️🏋️
This 60 second memory appeared from eight years ago, and it was simply too wonderful not to share again.
For anyone currently sourcing premium home fitness equipment or looking to outfit a commercial gym space, Clint Pratch is the definitive professional to contact. He possesses an unparalleled depth of knowledge regarding elite fitness technology and design, and looking back over the years, he has consistently proven to be an exceptional partner in the industry.
As this brief video demonstrates, Clint pairs his professional expertise with a remarkably bright, enthusiastic personality and a brilliant sense of humor. Many of us fondly remember his dedicated Workout Wednesday series from a few years back. During a conversation regarding tailored exercises for those who regularly wear high heels, Clint was an incredibly good sport, leading to this memorable moment where we both took part in a brief routine while wearing heels. It remains highly entertaining to look back on!
This unexpected memory brought a delightful smile to my day. Thank you, Clint, for your enduring professionalism and for always bringing such a vibrant energy to the fitness community.
Shall we all vote to bring back Workout Wednesday? Clint always introduces the most innovative ideas for health and wellness, and he remains the premier choice for securing top-tier fitness equipment for your personal or professional space.

One of the highlights at @healthandfitnessassociation was definitely @spirit 🔥 I was really impressed with what they had and it made that much more special that I got to experience it with my mom. Much love to Clint, Stephanie and the whole spirit team

If you want strong glutes and stable hips… don’t skip this machine in our women’s section upstairs.

Abductor = outer glutes 🍑
Adductor = inner thighs

Control the movement, don’t rush the reps, and your legs will feel it tomorrow.

BULLETPROOF CORE STRENGTH 🔥🔥🔥

💎 “Bulletproof” core training focuses on building a functional midsection by prioritizing stability and stiffness over just doing crunches. The core training focuses primarily to resist unwanted movement anti-rotation, anti-extension and anti later flexion to prevent injury. ✅

🔑Through powerful core movement you can transfer power between the upper and lower body parts.

• IF YOU WANT TO JOIN THE CORE BUILDING PROGRAM DM 📞 (4 WEEK IN PERSON). 💯💯💯

🔑Don’t be afraid of failure. When I fail makes me super happy that I am doing something outside of my reach. Fail hard and fail often, make mistakes as many as you want. But believe deep down inside that you will get it.

💎 WATCH THE VID AND SEE I DO FAIL AND I AM OK WITH IT. BECAUSE I KNOW I AM THE BEST IN WHAT I DO. ☝️
