@franknsteam Maiden Voyage last night was loud, beautiful, busy, and so damn fun. We were totally sold out by 9!!! 😭🌭🎶💕 You love Frank, it showed, and we love you for loving Frank! The combo of Clock’s dogs and Rob’s tunes brought all the girls to the yard 🍼🫨

I’ll be tempting you with hot and/or chili dogs, and musical Delights this Saturday from 11a-3p, and I hope to see you at this free literary festival on Oct. 3 ❤️🌭 I’m so honored that @inhumanities booked @franknsteam to feed folks for the Lit Fest!! Visit and play with Frank for a while

Proof will be stacked with:
- a local authors fair
- a Midwest book fair featuring local vendors
- free workshops led by experienced writers
- panel conversations about all things literary
- local and regional author readings
- a local authors mixer
- an open mic with Indiana-based emcees
- family activities and storytime area
- connections with publishers and literary magazines

This is a guided mindful eating mediatation by Clockwork Janz in the new series “How to Eat With Tuning Forks : Mindful Eating Meditations with Clockwork Janz “ My first episode guides the consumer in drinking coffee in an intentional way. To best enjoy this podcast series, prepare the coffee, or purchase it, and drink along to the guided meditation. It will help you taste the coffee better.

Mindful Eating Meditations are intended to be a companion activity to eating. Whoever is eating / drinking and listening will be assisted in grounding themselves, using the prompts in the guided meditation. This is one of many episodes to follow soon.

The background music is recorded and performed live by Clockwork Janz, Culinary Composer based in Indianapolis, IN. In this episode, Clockwork performs on the electric piano, acoustic bass, tenor saxophone, and the oboe. Clockwork has also mixed the piece.

Clockwork is a longtime practitioner of mindful eating. Listening to thier body when they eat, Clockwork tastes deeply, listening more deeply, and understands the science behend how food will impact thier body by @clockworkmakesmusic

My band @theidlehandsplay is looking for a drummer! Someone who is comfortable improvising within contemporary ambient + noisy space, and also playing jazz standards. We play some originals and some covers. Practice is weekly- we are fun but serious, but not rigid. @franknsteam is staying home today and you should too. It’s too hot! The concerts being canceled which is the right call for everyone working, and we don’t need any old folks heat stroking in lawn chairs.
