Did you know @sothebys is open to the public and exhibits items going up for auction and also curates exhibits with items on loan? Check it out at their new space in the Breuer building on Madison Ave. Truly curious who will be the winning bidder on Gus Rex, a 67 million year old, 38 foot long, 12 foot tall T-Rex, estimated to fetch between $20-$30 Million. The Chuck Close was not for sale 💔 From art to auctions to real estate, we have a genuinely elevated brand. taken in Sotheby's Auction House by @closewithkate

Market Overview First Quarter 2026 Single family home sales were off to a slow start in 2026, even as many of the foundational pillars to a robust real estate market held fast. Buyer demand is still surging, new listings are trading quickly, and median sale prices continue to climb — all indications that the interruption in activity is likely temporary. For us, our proximity to New York City places us in the enviable position of benefiting from enduring demand that flows from the city into our communities. The combination of this outsized demand with the low supply levels leaves us in a sellers’ market where homeowners will frequently entertain multiple bids and realize the maximum value for their properties. We encourage those owners waiting on the sidelines to take advantage of these favorable market conditions while they can. Read the full report on williampitt.com by @closewithkate
